My sister & I found a decent car at a decent price, (2016 Kia Soul with 35,000 miles - single owner). I did purchase the car that day, after test driving one other car in the lot. It is one of the best cars that I have ever driven. The staff at Midwest Kia are both friendly & decent. The salesman that I worked with was John "Jay" Nash. He really puts his heart & soul into his work. More

I've owned quite a few cars & this was by far the best experience I've had ever.  Everyone at Midwest Kia were very helpful & my salesman, Max Romero, I've owned quite a few cars & this was by far the best experience I've had ever.  Everyone at Midwest Kia were very helpful & my salesman, Max Romero, is awesome!  He was very knowledgeable about all the new technology in my new car - a 2020 Forte GT, which I absolutely love!  It's so comfortable, the technology is fun & the gas mileage is so great.  And the finance guy, Adam, was so friendly & very informative about everything.  Extremely happy with my decision to visit Kia. I had the "Works" package. I was satisfied overall with Midwest Kia Service. The only minor complaint was all my tires needed air after being rotated.
