Unfortunate I was interested in a vehicle advertised on the website of the dealership. I was ignored and dismissed by 2 sales reps. Morgan was very nice and inf I was interested in a vehicle advertised on the website of the dealership. I was ignored and dismissed by 2 sales reps. Morgan was very nice and informative initially. After sending an initiation text, I responded and never heard back from Morgan. No acknowledgement that she received my messages or answers to my questions. I dismissed it assuming she was busy. I called the dealership and got Kelley. He also was helpful and a little pushy initially. I expected it from a sales rep, this isn't my first time. After completing the credit application that Kelley eagerly stressed. I never heard back from him. I called the dealership asking for answers, didn't talk to Kelley but later got a text from him. Still no answers to my questions but instead excuses. I expressed my frustration with getting answers and help as I would be traveling over 2 hours to purchase the car. He clearly was unconcerned. I have kept the record of his response. It was the most disrespectful response Ive ever received. Ive been in contact with countless dealerships and never so turned off. The message was full of excuses and arrogant remarks. Still no answers and now no purchase because I refuse to spend my coins and be disrespected. More

$2000 Repair needed 3 days after purchase The service there was okay- not too good but not terrible. The problem came after I got the car off the lot. The check engine light came on while driving and I took it in to the family mechanic (has been with us for 15 years and very reputable/fair), my mechanic then proceeded to tell me that the catalytic converter, exhaust, manifold, and other components all needed to be replaced. He said the the dealership had to have know about the cat converter because there was an improperly cleared OBD code still on the system. None of these problems were disclosed by the dealer beforehand. They managed to effectively rip off both a college student and her USAF veteran father. Bottom line is: do not go here. I would sue them if I could. More

Buyer beware!!!!! I stopped in midwest automotive to look at the silver 2007 Lexus ES350. I wanted to have the car looked at before I bought it. Tyler stepped in on m I stopped in midwest automotive to look at the silver 2007 Lexus ES350. I wanted to have the car looked at before I bought it. Tyler stepped in on my original salesperson and was very pushy and aggressive and he wanted to know why I wanted to have it inspected. I told him because I want to make sure it's not going to fall apart in a few days. He wanted to know specifically what parts were going to be looked at and where I wanted to take it. He then stated what price could he drop the car to for me NOT to have it looked at and put a deposit down on the car. These were the red flags I missed at the time. Tyler did not want me to take the car to have it inspected and was willing to drop the price a lot. I put a 300 deposit down but told them I will wait until the following day to buy the car because I was having it inspected first. After taking the car to carx I was advised to not buy the car and that it had a major oil leak and was possibly the head. The oil was so bad that the mechanic couldn't see where it was coming from. The mechanic in turn said this is so bad I'm not charging u for the inspection. I had the car taken back to the lot and they were informed that I would not be buying the car as advised. I wanted my deposit back. They refuse to give me my money back. After they said the car had been serviced by their mechanics. Do not buy a car from these people!!! The worse service ever bad cars and they robbed me of $300.00!!!!! More

Tyler Brayboy was very professional and knowledgeable and I would recommend him to anyone!!!!! For starters he was very polite which is always a great thing to have when working in any industry. Being a woman and having terrible past car experiences.. I can honestly say Tyler turned all of that around for me. Every question I had whether big or small he had an answer. He was very honest and cared for me not only as his customer but as a person so I could find a reliable car for myself and my small children. Its hard to find good hearted people in todays time, people that take pride in what they do, and who genuinely care. Thank you Tyler for a great experience and I will continue to recommend you! More
