After walking away from a few dealers, I found Midway to be a breathe of fresh air. Prior to visiting the dealership, I nailed down many of the details by email. When I arrived at the dealership Laura greeted me like an old friend. Both Laura and Alexander were a pleasure to deal with, neither pushed us although I'm certain they must have been ready to leave on the eve of a holiday. I felt that Midway was giving me a fair price on a good product without trying to pack it with hidden fees to make a few more bucks. AND my car came with 2 years free scheduled maintenance. All in all, this is the best car dealership experience I've had. More
I would highly recommend Midway Nissan to my friends & family! When my husband and I walked into the dealership 2 weeks ago, I only wanted to test drive the '11 Maxima. After driving the Maxima, I was sold and we walked out that day with a brand new car. Everyone we worked with was very professional and I felt they treated us fairly. They worked hard to make sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. Andrew was great, he was nice enough to sit down with me in the car to make sure I knew where everything was and how everything worked. A few days after my purchase, Aaron called to make sure everything was good and that I was still completely satisfied. I was very impressed by their commitment to customer satisfaction. They even took care my tire 2 weeks later, even though it wasn't cover under the manufacturer's warranty. The next time I'm in the market for a car, I will definately go back to Midway. Thanks!!! This dealership is very professional. They do not try to force a sale on you like most dealerships and handled the sale is a very good manner. I was refered to them threw a friend of mine that had a good expirence with them. I was looking for a 07-08 S550 AMG and didn't know if the could get one for me since they were a Nissan Dealership not only good expirence with them. I was looking for a 07-08 S550 AMG and didn't know if the could get one for me since they were a Nissan Dealership not only did they get one for me but it completely exceded all my expectation's. The car is an 08 S550 AMG that look's show room new and it is my Dream car! My total experince there from Sales,Finance, to the General Manager was Amazing. I will buy all my vehicle's from now on from them and we will refer everyone I know as well. More
I purchased a used 2006 Nissan 350Z. The sales experience was friendly and relatively pleasant. Then I went to finance, less pleasant but ok until I returned for service for issues the car had and to get the was friendly and relatively pleasant. Then I went to finance, less pleasant but ok until I returned for service for issues the car had and to get the additional key and alarm fob programmed. Service said they could not do it free, that it was a several hour process, I asked them to speak to sales, they refused. I eventually got it worked out but also came to find out finance had fudged the price of the skyway antitheft device they sold me ( I thought it was 3xx.xx it was 899.00)! as well as saying the MPP service plan had a 30 day exclusion period so I had to drive without directional markers or high beam markers (the gauge cluster did not light up) the highs & directionals outside worked. It turned out there is no wait period per MPP. Then I found out the catalytic converters (2 large ones from the factory costing 800 each from Nissan) had been replaced by four (two on each side) small ones welded into the exhaust system. After much complaining I was refunded the 899 and let out of skyway and given 400 for the exhaust (cost me more than 800 to fix without Nissan parts) Nissan's attitude is they are a franchise and gave me 2 years of "free" oilchanges. I think I can sum up how I feel in one paragraph: MPP gives 0 deductible at the dealer that sold the repair policy or 100 anywhere else, I got them to change my policy to 50.00 deductible everywhere and no 0 deductible at Midway and I have already paid ABC Nissan that 50.00 to replace one of the oxygen sensors! AVOID MIDWAY NISSAN!!! More
Our experience at Midway Nissan exceeded our expectations - everyone knows the product and gives exemplary customer service. We left the dealership pleased with our selection. Driving the Rogue since last Saturday has been great. We're looking forward to many more years of reliable Nissan service - we have driving Nissan Altimas since 1995. Set up a purchase for a friend of a new GT-R from them. Initial contact was pleasant and accomodating. My daughter was in the market for her first car. We ended up at Midway Nissan and right away everyone was wonderful. Joe was great at helping us to find a safe and reliable car for my daughter.
