When I got into the financial department, Paul Mossebrucker wrote up my contract without this knowledge and included several packages that I didn't understand would increase my monthly payments a little bit beyond my expectations. After I got home and studied the contract, I contacted Paul who made me an appointment for the following week and we changed the contract to my satisfaction without any hassle. I would recommend anyone to deal with these people when buying an auto, they truly keep their word that customer satisfaction is their motto! More

We were quite pleased with the experience, especially given recent vists to other dealerships. I can honestly say I have never been to a car dealership where our sales person took to the time to take us given recent vists to other dealerships. I can honestly say I have never been to a car dealership where our sales person took to the time to take us around and show us the service center and parts department, and introduce us to the managers of those departments. I was a pleasant surprise. Our 4 year old daughter said she wanted to come back every day. Collin, our sales person, was very friendly and helpful. Based on this experience, we will contine to shop at Midway Nissan for service and when it's time to look for new vehicles. Excellent customer service and friendly, helpful staff. More
Today I went into the dealership to try to renew my lease on my 2008 Nissan. The first person I met was Cary Sulton. He was very polite and accommodating. It was a pleasure to talk to him. He helped me take on my 2008 Nissan. The first person I met was Cary Sulton. He was very polite and accommodating. It was a pleasure to talk to him. He helped me take care of the purchase of the 2008 Nissan Sentra that I had been leasing originally. I leased the vehicle from one of the worst dealerships I have known in 62 years. I would like to compliment Midway Nissan on their employees. I think they are all the best. More
I brought my Altima here for service. After calling around, I found the best prices here. I had a great experience, and even though I live in Mesa it's worth the drive, I will definitely be back. On December 23, 2010 my wife and I purchased a Pre-owned Honda Odyssey van. During our "closing" the finance representative, Marc, was quite friendly and presented us with many different options, including Honda Odyssey van. During our "closing" the finance representative, Marc, was quite friendly and presented us with many different options, including extended service plans. He described the plan that we agreed upon, which included regularly scheduled maintenance - basically, we would have no out of pocket expenses for three years or 45,000 miles. As with all "deals" this one dragged on and on until we were numb and not paying close attention as we signed paper after paper. Two weeks later, when I called the sales department to find out when the vehicle needed to come in for service, I was transferred to the service department. The person I spoke with, whose name I didn't write down, said he couldn't find a record in the computer for our vehicle, but he would call me back. A week later I called again, and got the same response. I am still waiting for either of the people I spoke with to call me. When we received the Extended Service plan agreement in the mail about two weeks ago, there was no mention at all of the 3 year / 45,000 mile regularly scheduled maintenance. In trying to figure this out, I called the dealership on Tuesday February 1, 2011 and asked to speak to Marc. I was put through to a man named Paul, who informed me that Marc was no longer with the dealership. I explained to Paul what had transpired. He told me that he would look into this, that he would most likely be able to fix this, and he would CALL ME BACK IN A COUPLE OF DAYS. As of 11:30 this morning, I had not heard from Paul or anyone else at the dealership. So I went to the dealership today. I arrived at 11:45am and asked the receptionist in the Used Car Sales area to speak to Paul. I told her that I have been waiting for 8 days for him to call me back. She told me that Paul "had just gone back with a customer," but she would contact him. After about 10 minutes (during which time I used the restroom), I was told that Dave would be out in a few minutes to see me, and that Dave was Paul's director. As I was waiting to speak with someone, there was an announcement over the intercom calling "All A-Team members to the sales desk," followed a few minutes later by a squad of salesmen trooping into someones office and receiving what appeared to e a royal ass-chewing. While I couldn't hear any words that were being spoken, I could tell by facial expressions and body language that no one in that room was having a good time. Finally, after 20 minutes of waiting, Paul (not Dave) came out to meet me. When I explained why I was there he had a completely blank look on his face. I refreshed his memory of our conversation over a week ago, and the "light went on" behind his eyes. Within 15 minutes, I left the dealership with the correct paperwork in hand for the Execu-care maintenance agreement. So what is my beef - why am I rating this dealership "Very Bad" for customer service? Quite simply because of the failure of not one but three employees to return my calls. Additionally, the spectacle that I witnessed in the sales are was inappropriate. I have a question for the person at Midway Nissan who will read this. Are you deliberately trying to perpetuate the sterotype of the untrustworthy and unreliable used car salesman? Do you purposefully teach your staff to ignore customers who have already purchased a vehicle in the hope that they will go away? Do you choose your sales leaders based on their ability to bully their sales staff? Because if you don't do these things, you couldn't tell it from my experience with your dealership. I have over 20 years in sales and sales management, including being a sales team leader, area manager and sales trainer. You would do well to shutdown your dealership for an entire day, or even two, and TRAIN YOUR STAFF on customer service. I would NEVER, EVER recommend your dealership to anyone based on my experince so far. Fortunately, you will have a number of opportunities over the next three years to change my mind, as I will be coming in for my regularly scheduled maintenance. More

I leased a 2010 Altima from Midway about a year ago. Recently someone contacted me about refinancing to get a lower payment. I thought what the heck, I will try and get a lower payment. I made an appoin Recently someone contacted me about refinancing to get a lower payment. I thought what the heck, I will try and get a lower payment. I made an appointment with the guy ( who was new to the dealership), when I got to the dealership he told me he was new and that "Dan O" would be helping him out. I was fine with that, everyone has to start somewhere. When I sat down tho Dan O was no where to be found and new guy didn't know what to do. He then told me that guy who originally sold me the car was going to come over, he never did. Then the finance guy came out James (JC), he had a very negative attitude as soon as he sat down. He told me that for him to do anything I needed to fill out the credit application, I was fine with that, but I wanted to know off the bat if refinancing would extend me lease. After fumbling around the question for a minute or so he finally said yes. I asked him why they would even bother calling me, just to scam me and get me in the door? He had an attitude the whole time and told me maybe it was just to get me in the door. Basically, the so called "lowering my payment by refinancing" was just a scam for them to get me in the door and a waste of my evening. More
