I made an internet inquiry and spoke with Shaun Peck who advised he had the car I wanted and that he would meet and beat the deal I described to him over the telephone - using actual numbers. When I got to the dealership, I was immediately suspicious because Shaun was present, but not available, and Patrick was going to help me. I told him the deal that Shaun had offered me, and he questioned whether or not Shaun made that offer - he never called Shaun over to ask him - he just said he did not believe it. He next told me the vehicle Shaun said was there was not there, but a model with more equipment was available at Pinnacle (a sister dealership). I did not want the additional equipment but I asked what the numbers would be - he said he would add the Nav pckge at invoice. He left, and then, Paolo came over. He started discussing yet a third deal. When I told him what Patrick offered in front of my husband, Paolo said he did not believe Patrick would offer that. He continued to press for us to accept his deal - when I asked him about the other deal and why it was now gone - he said he was the manager. We left at that point. This morning, Patrick called me back to say he did have the vehicle I wanted. I told him I would never do business with his company under any circumstances. I did not want to start another round of bait and switch. The amusing part about this is that I left Peoria Nissan and Charlie Cashen because Midway said they had the exact vehicle. Charlie said that his sister dealership might lie to me or might have a hail damaged vehicle and to watch out for them switching vehicles. He offered to meet the deal I described to him, but when I returned to his dealership, he refused to give me the deal on a similar car because now he said "they lied to you - they weren't going to give you that deal." So, he wouldn't either - my observation was that he lied to me, too, but I guess that's okay because the other dealership owned by the same company lied to me first. The best thing that happened was that I decided that I did not want the Nissan Maxima for the price they were pushing me to pay. Had I like the vehicle more, I probably would have bought it from Peoria - also, if they would have honored the first deal, I would have bought it because I really liked Caleb the young man who helped me originally. But, I would not buy from Charlie Cashen. I hope Caleb finds a better environment in which to work, because he is swimming with the sharks at Peoria/Midway/Pinnacle, etc., in Phoenix, AZ. More
I have been a customer of Anthony's for a few years now and followed him from Pinnacle. There can't be enough said about him....great service, no pressure, and always concerned that you get what you want and followed him from Pinnacle. It's no wonder his cube is filled with employee of the month plaques and awards since 2003! I buy a new car every few years so have the process down. I go in with my 'demands' and tell them to make it work. Brent was great with my approach...he said he appreciated the directness and went away to make it happen. I was out in 45 minutes with a handshake agreement and a new car. Brent took me seriously and did above and beyond his job to meet my needs. And because it all happened so quickly and easily, this gave him and Anthony more time to spend with other customers and got me on my way with a good feeling and excited to get my car in a day. Once I arrived back to the dealership, I was greeted by both Brent and Anthony who graciously turned me over to Karl in Finance. This is always the place that takes the longest and seems to be the most painful. But chatting with Karl and reviewing the specs of the loan was actually fun--he is extremely personable and well suited for his position. Since picking up my car, I have had several follow up calls from service, customer service, Anthony and Brent all to check in on my satisfaction...I truly appreciate the efforts of Midway Nissan and am sure I will never go anywhere else! I needed a different car than what i was driving, something easier to get in and out of because my car sat low to the ground. I tried several times to get another chevy from chevy dealers but had no luck. They kept saying i owed to much on my 2009 chevy cobalt. They even called me and asked if i was ready to trade in for a newer car in sept 2010, said they could get me in a 2011 Chevy Cruze with 0 down and same monthly payment, I went in to see them, first of all I found out the Cruze hadn't even come out yet, the car I ended up with (2010 Chevy Aveo) It was good for me so i got insurance and everything switched, i was happy i got it. I had it for almost two weeks, they called me in and said if i wanted to keep it i needed to put down $5000.00. I was so mad!!!!! So they lied to me. Just when i was about to give up on getting a better car to fit my needs, I got a phone call from Midway Nissan, Because i had gone online to check out a vehicle that i liked. I spoke to a very nice sales man (Colin Gardiner). He said he would be able to help me. So the next day i went to Midway Nissan to meet with him, I told him what the Chevy dealer did to me. And as we talked we got into what kind of deal i got on my Cobalt, i showed him my contract and he figured out that the Chevy dealer not only lied to me but over priced my Cobalt. They took advantage of me. Colin was very friendly, easy to talk to really cared about my needs. He helped me to get a good deal on a very nice 2011 Nissan Sentra, so much easier to get in and out of. So many thanks to you Colin Gardiner and to Midway Nissan!!! THANKS, Kim W. More
Midway Nissan now has a customer for life. I was completely unprepared for the wonderful treatment I received. In this day and age it seems customer service doesn't exist and no one has the time, let alone the desire, to make the customer feel special...not that they are just "another deal." I had the opportunity to work with a great team and will (and have) recommend them to anyone looking to buy or trade-in a vehicle. I admit I really had very little expectations of (a)finding a car I wanted and (b)receiving a fair trade for my current car. I also had major apprehension with the financing aspect (we're talking...major!). Within a very short time all three of my concerns evaporated thanks to the assistance of "my team." What I thought was going to be a bit torturous (I brought plenty of ibuprofin for the headache I knew I'd end up with after hours of negotiating, etc...)turned out to be fun. I explained what I wanted versus what I needed and they found the perfect fit for me. My sales consultant was amazingly knowledgable about the vehicle and I'm sure I've forgotten half of what he told me but he took the time to be sure I knew as much about the car (inside & out) as I could (thanks Anthony!). The trade-in amount I received was more than I expected so that was a pleasant surprise and the really scary part - the financing - was also handled with the utmost level of professionalism and friendliness. What a nice treat, thank you Juan. I ended up having to stop in at the dealership a few days later to drop off some items and although "the sale was made", Greg took time out of his schedule (and other potential customers) to make sure I was happy with the car and also waited with me while some items were being finalized. That was a really nice thing to do Greg...thank you for that. So that is the environment at Midway Nissan. They are professional, knowledgeable and so easy to work with, which is why they have a customer for life. The next time I'm in there I am going to find out what they put in the water over there - everyone is so friendly :) More

When I got into the financial department, Paul Mossebrucker wrote up my contract without this knowledge and included several packages that I didn't understand would increase my monthly payments a little bit beyond my expectations. After I got home and studied the contract, I contacted Paul who made me an appointment for the following week and we changed the contract to my satisfaction without any hassle. I would recommend anyone to deal with these people when buying an auto, they truly keep their word that customer satisfaction is their motto! More
I purchased a new car from Darren Chandler in Internet Sales. Darren is honest and stuck to his word. First I have to say I bought my car from Andre Burchette who made several promises that fell through, because Andre never returned my phone call in order to get what I needed done I had to turn to Darren Ch who made several promises that fell through, because Andre never returned my phone call in order to get what I needed done I had to turn to Darren Chandler who I have to hand it to him even though I bought my car from another sales person Darren Chandler step up and help me with everything I needed, he returned my phone calls and followed up with me when he had to get information that I needed. Darren has shown excellent customer service, very friendly and professional. I was very upset with Midway Nissan but people like Darren Chandler helped me changed the way I feel about Midway Nissan dealership. I have referred 3 of my closes friends to Midway Nissan and all 3 purchased cars. I love my car but if I am ever in the market to buy another car I will return to Midway Nissan. More

We were quite pleased with the experience, especially given recent vists to other dealerships. I can honestly say I have never been to a car dealership where our sales person took to the time to take us given recent vists to other dealerships. I can honestly say I have never been to a car dealership where our sales person took to the time to take us around and show us the service center and parts department, and introduce us to the managers of those departments. I was a pleasant surprise. Our 4 year old daughter said she wanted to come back every day. Collin, our sales person, was very friendly and helpful. Based on this experience, we will contine to shop at Midway Nissan for service and when it's time to look for new vehicles. Excellent customer service and friendly, helpful staff. More
Today I went into the dealership to try to renew my lease on my 2008 Nissan. The first person I met was Cary Sulton. He was very polite and accommodating. It was a pleasure to talk to him. He helped me take care of the purchase of the 2008 Nissan Sentra that I had been leasing originally. I leased the vehicle from one of the worst dealerships I have known in 62 years.
