I then went to the sales office because I had some questions concerning the use of the NAV system, Bluetooth, etc. My original salesman was no longer employed there, however, I was met by a young man named Andrew Caron. When I explained what I needed he offered to help me. He could not have been nicer or more patient. He answered all of my questions and showed me how to operate a few new things, set up my Bluetooth, etc. He spent at least 30 minutes with me and was so kind and patient. I bought my new Nissan almost two months ago now. I was explaining my experience and my friend told me about this site. My salesmen were Anthony and George. After my deal was done is when all the fun began with the finance people Paul did my paperwork but I guess he was new because he had some guy come in and make sure he did everything right. After leaving the dealer with my new car I began to worry about the bank approving me for the car I never got a real answer if I was approved they said it looked good. A few days went by and no one called me I finally called them and thats when I first talked with Carlos. I asked him about my deal he didn't know and said someone would call me he was very rude and did not seem like he wanted to talk with me. So I waited for a call a few days and did not receive one. I called back asked for Paul again but got Carlos again he put me on hold for Paul and Paul never came to the phone I then hung up the phone and called back finance only to get a answering machine twice. So I waited for the next day called again. Yep Carlos answered the phone again and I was put on hold again so I hung up after 5 minutes and decided to wait for someone to call about a week later I got a call from someone not sure who but they said I would save alot of money. So I went there the next day I waited about an hour once getting there. A sales lady walked me back to guess who Carlos. He seemed very unhappy sat me down in the office and I waited again I could hear an argument between Carlos and somebody I assume was about me he did not seem to want to deal with me not sure why because I never did anything to him. He finally came told me my payment was going down and just pushed paperwork to me for me to sign he was very short and seemed very unhappy. I got my new car and am overall I am happy with Midway Nissan just buyer beware of the finance department seems very unorganized and of course there is Carlos! More

The team was very courteous to our needs. Bruce called a few times before we went out to reassure us that the SUV was still available. We appreciate the team at Midway Nissan for all of their patience (we had two small children with us) they offered up their tv's and all the space they needed in order to make their visit a comfortable one. The service department did a fantastic job cleaning the car and fixing some things on the door. Paul in the finance department was awesome. The car only came with one key, however, Bruce went out of his way and called in to a sister dealership and was able to get us a key cut and programmed at the dealership cost!! Very cool for you to do. We really appreciate the time and effort of everyone there. They went out of their way to ensure our happiness and we will remember that when we return for our next purchase. The reason I am giving this dealership a high rating is the experience my husband and I had was the best I have encountered at a dealership. We live in Gilbert, and drove all the way out to Glendale to see about a used Nissan Frontier we found on the internet.Prior to our visit to Midway we had gone to a few dealerships in the valley, and the sales people were frankly, awkward. They were not very knowledgeable about their inventory, and wanted us to make a decision before all of our questions were answered. Bruce Weiss, our sales person at Midway was fantastic from the moment we called to inquire about the vehicle, to the moment we left the dealership in the Frontier! We really appreciated how he took the time to communicate all of the details of the truck, showed us other options as well, and ultimately helped us derive at a decision that was advantageous. Bruce was not pushy at all, he was instead very genuine. He just laid out the facts to us, and the decision to purchase came naturally. We also felt that Bruce and his team did what they could to make us a good deal. When we left we did not feel like we left anything on the table, and were very happy with how the entire car deal worked out. I would definitely recommend Midway Nissan, and especially Bruce Weiss to anyone looking to purchase a car! More
This was my first experience at Midway Nissan and was very impressed with the sales / finance team. I was shopping for a car for my daughter as she is getting ready to enter college and needed a reliable very impressed with the sales / finance team. I was also wanting to introduce my daughter to car shopping and staying within her budget. As there are always the price dealings (which were minimal and direct with the finance) they were aware of our price range and worked diliegently to find her a car within her budget. We got a great deal on her Mazda3(she is still smiling today). They treated both my daughter and I with respect. Karl finance manager even took the time with her to share with her how to build her credit in the "right ways". Four days after purchasing the car her system light came on indicating an issue. Bruce specifically came out to meet her and help her immediately with the issue. I have also received 2 follow up calls to assure that she is happy with her deal and the car is doing well. Thank you again Midway Nissan for making this process easier and a great learning experience with my daughter. More

Since last Thursday we've been looking for a used car for our 19 year old daughter. positive experience I've had working over the phone with Bruce! Since last Thursday we've been looking for a used car for our 19 year old daughter. I called Midway regarding a Sentra I'd seen on Craigslist and Bruce helped me. While that car wouldn't work for us, Bruce continued to look and stay in contact. With each phone conversation or message, Bruce maintained a professional, friendly, good-sense-of-humor approach. He returned my calls promptly, never pressuring me or turning into a stereotypical salesman blabbering on with seemingly insincere statements or using fear tactics to get us to spend more than our budget. If he left a message, he was always courteous reminding me that he'd keep looking until we told him to stop. After spending Friday and Saturday evenings visiting about a dozen San Tan and Tempe Autoplex dealers near where we live, there was only one other salesman I found in the same league as Bruce! Bell road is far from where we live in south Chandler, but we would've made the trip if some car would've matched our criteria. Had we been able to connect on a car, I KNOW we would've had just as enjoyable a face-to-face experience with Bruce. More
