Bruce, Juan and JC were very helpful while we bought our new pathfinder. Bruce Weiss was very direct, honest, and outgoing while talking to us about the vehicle. Juan Quinonez was our finance manager. He was very polite and friendly while helping us with the final part of purchasing the vehicle. He explained all the extra warranties and was very patient with us while we voiced our concerns. JC was the first and last person we were helped by. We spoke to him first about possibly upgrading our Xterra to the pathfinder and he is the one who pointed us to Bruce and later Juan. He later helped us decide what warranty was right for us and helped find us a way we could afford to get that program. Overall our experience at Midway Nissan with these particular people was GREAT! They all had great customer service and were all very helpful to us with everything throughout the whole purchasing process. We own two Nissan vehicles in addition to one other make. Our daughter is heading off to college and we simply wanted to turn-in our leased Nissan to get back to a 2 car family. I called the Nissan dealership we originally leased the vehicle from and they were not helpful at all and made it seem as if it was an inconvenience to them for us to be turning in the leased Sentra. They stated there was no good time for us to do this and suggested we stop by the following day at 3:00 PM and they would try to help us. I decided to call another Nissan Dealership and was transferred to Bruce Weiss at Midway Nissan in Phoenix, Arizona. What a pleasant surprise to have someone ask how I was doing and how he could help me. I explained the situation and he said he could have me in-and-out quickly and I could come at any time to turn in the leased vehicle. My wife and I decided to drive down to see Bruce and it was as pleasant and quick as he said it would be.
