Highly recommend the dealership, sales and service staff. Our recent purchase was a great experience because of Midway Nissan employees and their great customer service. They took time to understand what our expectations are and what we need for our family. We appreciated the help and attention that they gave us toward the new purchase of our vehicle. I am amazed at the knowledge and background that they knew about all the vehicles they presented to me. We felt educated and safer after we purchase this vehicle. Chris Toothman and his team had us in and out of the dealership because they knew that we were in a hurry. Michael Trevino took his time to show us all the features that the car had and made sure all our questions were answered and that we felt comfortable using the features of our new car. If we will have another opportunity we will look to purchase another vehicle from this dealership. We would recommend this dealership to my family and friends. I originally was looking for a used low cost vehicle. When we arrived, Erik Baisley greeted us and took us in to meet Gabe for our appt. He was busy so Joe Ng assisted us in what we were looking for. H When we arrived, Erik Baisley greeted us and took us in to meet Gabe for our appt. He was busy so Joe Ng assisted us in what we were looking for. He was professional, helpful and very courteous. Joe did a preliminary credit check to see what I would qualify for and once that was done, Erik went with us to test drive 3 vehicles. He too was very helpful, friendly, and not pushy at all in trying to sell a vehicle. Once we decided on a vehicle, Joe and Erik were upfront on the costs and worked their magic to get me a good price and keep it close to the monthly payment that I could afford. At that point, Brad Kreiss took over. Again, very professional, friendly and easy to work with. Not only was Brad able to get me a lower interest rate than we originally thought, he was able to shorten the contract and still keep the payment the same. I felt like I hit the lottery without having to pay taxes on my winnings. Anthony Guerrero was also very helpful in getting my car fixed due to a recall on a part and explaining a great deal about what goes on behind the scenes in getting cars reconditioned so that consumers walk away feeling safe with their vehicle. While I was waiting, Natalie made sure I was okay and informed me periodically on how much longer the wait would be. I would recommend Midway Nissan to anyone. Not only did Joe call me to make sure I was doing okay with the car, but so did Erik. I walked away feeling that they all cared, that I wasn't just another commission check to them. Thank you, J. After a rocky start and some bad service Midway really stepped up their game and followed through with some great customer service. We had a bad experience with a sales manager and the GM and Brent Adkis stepped up their game and followed through with some great customer service. We had a bad experience with a sales manager and the GM and Brent Adkisson got in touch with us to see how to fix the issue. In two days we had a wonderful deal on a vehicle with a lower payment, a lower interest rate and a bigger vehicle. When we went down to get the vehicle Brent had it cleaned up perfectly for us and the paperwork was waiting to be signed. Chris walked up through every step of getting the vehicle ready and to us and was always smiling and upbeat. Chris put up with us giving him a hard time and was honest and straight forward about everything. Brent was very helpful and wanted to do anything to make the problem right. And Paul was awesome in finance by getting the paperwork signed and ready to go in under 20 minutes. Thank you Midway team for taking such a bad inital experience and turning into a great one! We will be back to purchase our next vehicle from Chris at Midway and will not hesitate to let people know how our experience was! More

We were looking to lease a car in December and made contact with Midway Nissan. After thinking the decision through, we decided to wait until April. Then came the emails… to which we replied we are not moving forward now. Then came the calls. They assign these calls to managers to try and move you back to a buying mode. We ignored most but they kept coming. I finally took the call from Aaron, a used car manager, and nicely explained that we were waiting until April. When asked why, I simply explained it was a financial decision. He asked if he could get me into the car were interested in with no money down and no payments until April would I be interested. I replied yes and gave him my budget parameters of $350 - $400. He told me he would work on it and get back to me. He called back and told me he could work out a deal for the car with no money down, no payment until April, for $389.00. I was truly impressed and we set up a meeting for the next day. My wife and I arrived and were introduced to Aaron, who introduced me to a gentleman by the name of Patrick. He asked us for some basic information and walked us out to look at the models we were interested in. We test drove the vehicle and decided to go ahead with the lease. During this process, I asked him on two occasions if he had gotten the details on the arrangement that Aaron had given me. He said he was told but was quite busy and didn’t remember all of it. This was when I became uneasy about the process. After taking our application, he left and went to the finance director. After 10 minutes Patrick came back, sat down and look at us and said there were no special programs for our model and the lease payment was not $389 as stated, but actually $520! At this point, I stood up and told Patrick, I had in fact been lied to by Aaron. My wife and I left the dealership. On the way home, I called Aaron’s boss Ed Brown and informed him of our experience. He expressed his concern and asked what he could do to get us to work with the dealership. My response was simple “Nothing, we are not doing business.” If you want a Nissan, I suggest you find another dealer. One that has integrity and character and speaks the truth. More

I had the best experience purchasing anew car from Midway Nissan. I had a truck that I had purchased only 3 months prior from a different dealer and midway Nissn was very accomodating with the trade in as we Nissan. I had a truck that I had purchased only 3 months prior from a different dealer and midway Nissn was very accomodating with the trade in as well as finding me the right car to fit my needs and then the right financing as well. They went above and beyond to make sure i was very satisified. They answered all my questions/concerns timely and accuratley and didn't try to talk me into anything other than what my original requests were. Just a follow up post. I went in today to get my Truck and can't say enough how satisfied I am today. The truck was clean and they even went above and beyond for me because I needed to swap mirrors from t and can't say enough how satisfied I am today. The truck was clean and they even went above and beyond for me because I needed to swap mirrors from the tow to the standard so it would fit in my garage. Instead of making me wait, they went and did everything to find one and get me fixed up ASAP. This dealer proved to me that they care about the customer and because of that I will do all my major service work there in the future. I was hoping the Truck came with two key fobs, they only came with one. Because of the quality of service I recieved today I was ok with that and will feel good about purchasing an extra from them. He was patient and did everything he could to make sure all our questions were answered completely. He asked us what kind of cars we were interested in as well as what features we wanted our new car to have. Then he made sure he got the cars brought up so we could look them over and decide which ones we wanted to take out for test drives. Jay is a very hard working, honest young salesman and Midway is very lucky to have him working for them. He will do whatever is needed to sell a car and follow all the creeds he has been taught by Midway. We only found out at the end of our sale that this was Jay's very 1st sale with Midway and he deserves cudos for all his hard work! Thank you Jay. When we're ready for another car, we will be returning to Midway and looking for you. And if we know of anyone looking to buy a car, Midway is the only name we will be giving out as a reference. More
