We were looking to lease a car in December and made contact with Midway Nissan. After thinking the decision through, we decided to wait until April. Then came the emails… to which we replied we are not moving forward now. Then came the calls. They assign these calls to managers to try and move you back to a buying mode. We ignored most but they kept coming. I finally took the call from Aaron, a used car manager, and nicely explained that we were waiting until April. When asked why, I simply explained it was a financial decision. He asked if he could get me into the car were interested in with no money down and no payments until April would I be interested. I replied yes and gave him my budget parameters of $350 - $400. He told me he would work on it and get back to me. He called back and told me he could work out a deal for the car with no money down, no payment until April, for $389.00. I was truly impressed and we set up a meeting for the next day. My wife and I arrived and were introduced to Aaron, who introduced me to a gentleman by the name of Patrick. He asked us for some basic information and walked us out to look at the models we were interested in. We test drove the vehicle and decided to go ahead with the lease. During this process, I asked him on two occasions if he had gotten the details on the arrangement that Aaron had given me. He said he was told but was quite busy and didn’t remember all of it. This was when I became uneasy about the process. After taking our application, he left and went to the finance director. After 10 minutes Patrick came back, sat down and look at us and said there were no special programs for our model and the lease payment was not $389 as stated, but actually $520! At this point, I stood up and told Patrick, I had in fact been lied to by Aaron. My wife and I left the dealership. On the way home, I called Aaron’s boss Ed Brown and informed him of our experience. He expressed his concern and asked what he could do to get us to work with the dealership. My response was simple “Nothing, we are not doing business.” If you want a Nissan, I suggest you find another dealer. One that has integrity and character and speaks the truth. More
I had the best experience purchasing anew car from Midway Nissan. I had a truck that I had purchased only 3 months prior from a different dealer and midway Nissn was very accomodating with the trade in as we Nissan. I had a truck that I had purchased only 3 months prior from a different dealer and midway Nissn was very accomodating with the trade in as well as finding me the right car to fit my needs and then the right financing as well. They went above and beyond to make sure i was very satisified. They answered all my questions/concerns timely and accuratley and didn't try to talk me into anything other than what my original requests were. From the Sales manager, Joshua Pinnegar to the finance Manager, Juam Quinonez, and everyone inbetween, the experience was awesome. i would recommend anyone to purchase from here. Thank You All. Just a follow up post. I went in today to get my Truck and can't say enough how satisfied I am today. The truck was clean and they even went above and beyond for me because I needed to swap mirrors from t and can't say enough how satisfied I am today. The truck was clean and they even went above and beyond for me because I needed to swap mirrors from the tow to the standard so it would fit in my garage. Instead of making me wait, they went and did everything to find one and get me fixed up ASAP. This dealer proved to me that they care about the customer and because of that I will do all my major service work there in the future. I was hoping the Truck came with two key fobs, they only came with one. Because of the quality of service I recieved today I was ok with that and will feel good about purchasing an extra from them. More

He asked us what kind of cars we were interested in as well as what features we wanted our new car to have. Then he made sure he got the cars brought up so we could look them over and decide which ones we wanted to take out for test drives. Jay is a very hard working, honest young salesman and Midway is very lucky to have him working for them. He will do whatever is needed to sell a car and follow all the creeds he has been taught by Midway. We only found out at the end of our sale that this was Jay's very 1st sale with Midway and he deserves cudos for all his hard work! Thank you Jay. When we're ready for another car, we will be returning to Midway and looking for you. And if we know of anyone looking to buy a car, Midway is the only name we will be giving out as a reference. More

Richard Learned was awesome. He found me excatly what I wanted and listened to me. This is very rare for car dealers. Car buying is a pain and he made it pleasant. I was looking for a Nissan Leaf, and Midway was the closest dealer to my house, so I decided to give them a try. It was, quite possibly, the worst sales experience I've ever had, and I mean any sales e closest dealer to my house, so I decided to give them a try. It was, quite possibly, the worst sales experience I've ever had, and I mean any sales experience, not just cars. After test driving the Leaf we sat down, he talked to his manager, and he brought back a piece of paper that I should have wadded up and threw at him. The price he had quoted me earlier was now $5,000 higher. I said absolutely not, so he kept shuffling back and forth between me and the manager . . . for four solid hours. They knew next to nothing about the car or lease, even after I explained the lease to them, and they kept coming back with $850/month payments, which was $500 higher than Nissan's advertisements for the car. The next day (after I had bought a Leaf from another dealer), the finance manager wrote me back and said he had the lease figured out. Brilliant. Another one of the employees there, who was some kind of manager, told me that my current car, a Honda Fit, was a student's or granny's car. There's nothing I like more when I'm spending nearly $40K than being insulted. I was gobsmacked. I wanted the car, so I kept sticking around, and finally I agreed to a price, contingent on them removing a giant sticker from the car that said something pretentious about it being electric. I love my electric car, but I don't want to be a jerk about it, or tacky. The sticker was a $250 add-on, and I wasn't haggling about the price at all, except this $5 sticker which I was not going to buy for $250. They refused to budge even a dollar, so I left in bewildered disgust. The next day we went to Avondale Nissan and we will never go back to any dealership owned by the group that owns Midway. Jerks. I came in looking for a new truck, I have went to alot of dealers and I felt most at home with midway Nissian. Bruse Weiss took great care of me and got me in to a titian I was very happy when I left feelin dealers and I felt most at home with midway Nissian.
