Went to this dealership expecting to pay the ADVERTISED price... Test drove the car, filled out all of the paperwork, sat around for 1.5 hours, only to have them come back and tell me that they had an almo price... I informed them that I was not paying above the advertised price. They then graciously offered to split that with me (sarcasm), so it would only be $1k more than the advertised price. A sales manager then came out and insisted that this wasn't a hidden fee because of some fine print on the website. All in a very condescending manner and would not budge. Said they were "doing me a favor" "probably losing money" "this was a hot car" (when I know it's been on their lot over a month). Its well known that these guys make good margins on trade ins but still insist to play the"I'm losing money" card, which is highly irritating. Anyway, the sales associate was a nice guy (tall, black, younger gentleman from st Louis) and i would have happily bought from him. Patrick was fine in the few minutes we dealt with him. The "sales manager" was a pockmarked, condescending prick and had me out the door in 5 minutes.... Watch for the hidden fees. 8% of the sales price is quite a bit. I consider that false advertising, but apparently they smugly think its just fine because of their disclaimer in the fine print. I would steer clear More
Went to purchase either new or used vehicle, depending on prices and stock. After showing them a car shown on their website that was an internet special price, they told me that I'd have to qualify for mili prices and stock. After showing them a car shown on their website that was an internet special price, they told me that I'd have to qualify for military discounts, as well as others, to get that internet price. WRONG! Internet pricing has nothing to do with the other discounts that they offer! We were there for hours and got nothing but the run-a-round the entire time. This is my 3rd dealing with Midway Nissan and I can honestly say, I will NEVER go back. I will be sure to dissuade all of my friends from attempting purchases there in the future as well. There were two good people there. Dano, the second salesman we spoke to, and Angela from the Service Station. They were very professional and courteous without wasting our time. More

Bring your vaseline. I was looking at a Versa. They were extremely pushy and wanted me to close the deal today at any cost. I was told no incentives were available for this car. They wanted to give me hardly anything for my trade. After a few hours and some BS number crunching, my trade in was coming up and the payments going down, and looking better. They also stressed how they were 'losing' over $1000 on the deal. When I finally told them it wasnt happening today, the managers basically stormed off pissed. After looking up the stock number online of the car I was buying, I not only found out that it was over $1000 cheaper than the price they were selling it to me AFTER my trade in and all their BS number crunching, BUT, there IS incentives available. The bastards were trying to keep MY $1000 cash back incentive and wrote it up as a commission loss in the paperwork. More
I went to Midway Nissan based on a refinance offer I got in the mail from Alliance Direct Lending. They tried to sell me a new car instead, and when I declined, their entire front changed. When I insisted on pursuing ONLY the refinance of my existing car, Brian Tills was not only dismissive, but condescending. But he did offer me refinance terms which were literally laughable. I would have paid out almost $10,000 more over the life of my loan to save $13 a month. This dealership was WAAAY out of my way, offered poor service, and ridiculous terms. And when I emailed them to address my concerns so that they may improve their business, they made promises that they have not yet honored in the three weeks since the meeting. This dealership has failed in every way that I can imagine. More

We just purchased a new car and I can't rave enough about the staff at Midway Nissan. Every employee was courteous and professional. We were shown exactly the car we were looking for, given a great price and the staff at Midway Nissan. Every employee was courteous and professional. We were shown exactly the car we were looking for, given a great price and Chris, Joshua and Brad treated us with honesty. We felt valued and appreciated with the managers of each department greeting us and making sure we were being taken care of. These guys are the exact opposite what one might expect from salesmen and they all made sure we were happy every step of the way. Chris even called the next day to make sure I loved my car, Brad arranged for a great finance package and Joshua made sure all our needs were take care of. We are extremely satisfied and would highly recommend Midway Nissan to any buyer in the Valley! More

They took time to understand what our expectations are and what we need for our family. We appreciated the help and attention that they gave us toward the new purchase of our vehicle. I am amazed at the knowledge and background that they knew about all the vehicles they presented to me. We felt educated and safer after we purchase this vehicle. Chris Toothman and his team had us in and out of the dealership because they knew that we were in a hurry. Michael Trevino took his time to show us all the features that the car had and made sure all our questions were answered and that we felt comfortable using the features of our new car. If we will have another opportunity we will look to purchase another vehicle from this dealership. We would recommend this dealership to my family and friends. I originally was looking for a used low cost vehicle. When we arrived, Erik Baisley greeted us and took us in to meet Gabe for our appt. He was busy so Joe Ng assisted us in what we were looking for. Joe did a preliminary credit check to see what I would qualify for and once that was done, Erik went with us to test drive 3 vehicles. He too was very helpful, friendly, and not pushy at all in trying to sell a vehicle. Once we decided on a vehicle, Joe and Erik were upfront on the costs and worked their magic to get me a good price and keep it close to the monthly payment that I could afford. At that point, Brad Kreiss took over. Again, very professional, friendly and easy to work with. Not only was Brad able to get me a lower interest rate than we originally thought, he was able to shorten the contract and still keep the payment the same. I felt like I hit the lottery without having to pay taxes on my winnings. Anthony Guerrero was also very helpful in getting my car fixed due to a recall on a part and explaining a great deal about what goes on behind the scenes in getting cars reconditioned so that consumers walk away feeling safe with their vehicle. While I was waiting, Natalie made sure I was okay and informed me periodically on how much longer the wait would be. I would recommend Midway Nissan to anyone. Not only did Joe call me to make sure I was doing okay with the car, but so did Erik. I walked away feeling that they all cared, that I wasn't just another commission check to them. Thank you, J.
