Where should I start If this is what Nissan has representing them they must be asshamed. I was In a car accident rearended and my car was totaled I needede a new car so I went to Mid way Nissan. Wh representing them they must be asshamed. I was In a car accident rearended and my car was totaled I needede a new car so I went to Mid way Nissan. When I walked in the door every one SEEMED friendly enough. My sales guy was Brian I told him what I wanted how much I had to put down and in the end he said he could get me into a 2013 Nissan Versa with 40mpg I was excited because I am a single mother and that would save me alot of money on gas. He kept trying to get me to put more down I told him ALL i have Is $600 and he wanted me to pay $489 a month. I told him that is never going to happen I wanted to stay around $350 finaly we agreed on $399 then some one from finance came in and again kept trying to get me to pay more I told them I was feeling over whelmed and they were not listing to me so my mom and I were going to leave they did not want me to go he shook my hand and said fine $400 a month and $600 down including gap I said ok. Brian gave my my debit card they were holding and I gave him $600. when I sat down with Joe Ng to do the paper work I asked about the gap he said it was not included and the payment was going to be $407 a month at 18.7% intrest???? WTF I told them to give me my money back and I did not trust them any more at this time a mgr walked in said give her this deal which was $357 a month and 4.5% intrest HOW THE HELL CAN THEY DO THAT???? So I signed the paper work and left they said if they did not call me by Monday I got the deal I recived several calls but for reviews I asked if the loan went through they never called back until Friday night I told them I was not coming in at night. I spoke to David he assured me my price was going down I was suspicious I went in Saturday after work at 4pm. THey said I needed a co signer when I told them No give me my money back Joe said I didn't give them any money???? Wow Ifound brian he said he did not recal. So they sent mgr Martin Harington to talk to me At this point I am furrious I am miles away from home no car rental place is open the missing until monday and its getting dark. Magicly they found the money and I let them talk me into getting a 2006 Kia Optima so I could get home I figured they should know by now what the banks will approve I went home could not check the car out properly cause it was dark I got home noticed the grill was busted and the wiendshield had holes all over in it. I went back on wenesday my day off to "sign" more paper work they wanted another $2500 and my payment would go down to $200 a month. HELLO DO YOU SPEAK ENGLISH i have no more money It took me 3 hours to finaly get my mpney back and Me and my 50 yr old mother had to walk from 23 ave in Bell rd to 43 ave in bell rd to get a rental. This place is a joke and a scam they need to get it together and stop lying and waisting peoples time. They ran my credit through 20 different bamks trying to get me approved for something they knew I could not get now my credit has dropped points. I don't know how they sleep at night I am not happy I will tell every one I know how horrible they are More

After finding a couple of very good de What a fiasco! I had been in contact with Ed Brown from this dealership for months trying to work out a deal. After finding a couple of very good deals online (on a Cube and Juke), I showed up on a saturday and the disaster started... After spending several hours at the dealership with my 2 young kids, and having sale staff consistently try and direct us to other models, we are finally told that all internet advertised prices factor in "ALL" manufacturer rebates which you have to be eligible for and qualify... which only 1 out 100 customers (if that) can do: What a waste of time! I wish they had told me over the phone instead of wasting one my family's afternoon. We're told told that this is a policy set by "Nissan USA", OK that doesn't make it right. We will never consider Midway for any new vehicle. We ended up buying a new Mazda from Avondale Mazda and were treated very well. Everything happens for a reason, and reasons not to wan tto deal with Midway are numerous. More
I bought my car over a year ago, and originally had a great experience ish. Other then two things 1) they told me I would have one rate and I signed for that rate everything was said and done then they c great experience ish. Other then two things 1) they told me I would have one rate and I signed for that rate everything was said and done then they called me a few days later and raised my rate from 16% to 21% ! I told them the can ef off and keep the car. When I got there to return the car the manager had pulled strings and got me my rate with out screwing me over, they ended up paying the difference to what I would have paid outta pocket to get the 16% . So that ended alright. Well #2 about a month and half ago I started getting phone calls from midway wanting me to trade in my car. I told them a few times I didn't want to do anything, and they wouldn't help me. Well over the month and half I have received over 50 calls and 20 of those if not more were in the same WEEK. No one talks to each other so I keep getting put on call lists. I have told them over and over and over to not call me. I'm to the point that this is over harassment and may see about getting an attorney. I am not sure what all I can do at this point other then try and tell as many ppl as possible do not go there unless u plan on being harassed More

We'd negoti The entire process from top to bottom was questionably ethical at best. We'd be promised one price from someone and then have it changed. We'd negotiate it back down only to have another term changed. We eventually ended up settling on a purchase price, went back to finance and were offered a vehicle service contract as well as a vehicle maintenance contract together. We specified that they were to be co-terminous and both were referred to as the "gold coverage." The line item on our contract lists them as one delineation, further bolstering that they were indeed co-terminous and part of the "gold coverage." When we went to use our maintenance contract we were told we didn't have the right one. For months we have attempted to get them to file the correct paperwork for what we had originally agreed upon. We have now been told that instead of the 5 year/75,000 mile maintenance contract we originally purchased which was to cover all routine maintenance including oil changes that the best they can offer is a 2 year, 30,000. That went to a 3 year, 45000 mile but ONLY oil changes. They want to negate the rest of the agreement. After dozens of phone calls and getting passed around I was finally contacted by Troy Matthews, the GM, who offered a 5 year 75,000 coverage but for oil changes ONLY. All the other maintenance we agreed upon they are refusing to honor. Interestingly enough they have the video and acknowledge that their finance person didn't delineate or distinguish between the two contracts and that there is ambiguity. Our audio of the same negotiation confirms our version, that the items were offered together, and our point remains that they need to honor what was offered, even if their finance manager misspoke. They are refusing to do so and have told us they will only offer the 5 year,75000 mile if we agree to sign a release, waiving all of our claims against them. While I have no doubt they are losing money on what they offered, the bottom line is they offered it, we accepted, and now 5 months later they are going back after the fact and changing the terms of what we all agreed to and what video and audio tapes confirm. Midway Nissan has provided nothing concrete to substantiate their viewpoint. They acknowledge that the finance manager Brad never specified them as different items, but are still treating them as such because ultimately they don't want to have to pay for what was promised. The video confirms that the only terms discussed were 5 years and 75000 miles and they have said or provided nothing to refute that. Their only point keeps coming back to the point that their finance manager misspoke and now they won't honor what he said. More
My experience with this dealership over the past few years has been pretty great overall with really only one negative occasion, however they have certainly redeemed themselves recently. SALES DEPARTME years has been pretty great overall with really only one negative occasion, however they have certainly redeemed themselves recently. SALES DEPARTMENT: I recently bought a new Titan 2012 from them, the whole experience was truly amazing this time round. Firstly let me start out by saying I was currently in a new Chev Silverado bought from Midway Cheverolet that I was having no end of problems with including and mostly the dealer. I approached Midway Nissan with my issues and asked for help to get me out of the Chev into a Titan. From here they made the whole process very simple, granted this was an easy sell as I already knew what I wanted, it was just a matter of paperwork, finances etc. I was introduced to Eric Baley and he took care of everything for us. He was very friendly, easy to speak with and listened to what I was asking and telling him. He was well educated on the vehicle we were looking at in particular and was quick to admit if he wasn't sure on something and had to find out or confirm. We didn't play the usual bartering on price very long and quickly came to a suitable payment plan, the biggest thing they had to figure out was trading in a new Silverado which they made work and I thought I'd be stuck in it. I was there with my youngest son of 3years, and they made sure he was also comfortable and happy, with popcorn, movies and paying special attention when to him when needed. Believe me car shopping with a 3 year old is a whole new ball game. When everything was ready we went to sign papers, did have to sit through the we are going to sell you the earth on warranties spiel then back out to be delivered the vehicle. Overall the process was handled very efficiently. It was late so the vehicle was delivered with conditions as they had re-detail the vehicle and fix up some minor paint damage, but we had booked it in at a convenient time and they even agreed to do some minor changes for me. :) All smiles! After returning, Eric took the car to be cleaned and well presented and even took some time to go through a few additional new features with me, including operating the DVD system, then booked it for first services and "we owes". SERVICE DEPARTMENT: I have been going to this service department the past couple of years now and they truly are exceptional! Leslie Mosses has been nothing short of amazing! always treating me with respect and treating the vehicle as if its her own. She knows her stuff and knows her way around Nissan's like you wouldn't believe. She always went above and BEYOND the call of duty every time. Also a big point I like to make is she never tried to push me into needless services. I know my way around a vehicle and understand when things need to be done, I hate it when some garages or dealers are like ' this needs changed or replaced etc' when its not really needed. She was always to the point and showing me anything in detail if something was really wrong, even introduced me to the mechanic who was working on my vehicle. They offer courtesy rides when I need them or have even supplied a rental if really needed, on occasions they have even offered to drop me home if a vehicle was going to be in for some time, and I live in Anthem which is a fair distance from the dealer! The doughnuts in the morning are a sweet deal to! alongside popcorn and coffee. I have also worked briefly with Andy and Tim who also have been friendly and helpful. OVERALL: I had bought one vehicle a year ago from them (used) which turned out to be a Lemon, unhappy with that, they tried to sell me into a new Titan and taking back the Lemon at full purchase price. I started to shop around Apples for apples and ended up buying the Silverado from Midway Chev (my biggest mistake)! 3months later I'm back at Midway Nissan looking for a Titan again. Both Sales experience have been great and gone smoothly. Midway Nissan certainly has exceptional customer service and their staff is a result of that. I would recommend to anyone seeking a vehicle. The Service department is the best Ive experienced and would tell anyone to go here! Leslie has been fantastic and certainly a HUGE asset to that department. I look forward to looking at the new pathfinders in the coming year or so. 5 Stars! excellent customer service, and service department! B.Southgate More
Wow, this site must be manned by Midway shills, as it certainly doesn't coincide with other ratings sites for Midway. I just wish I would have paid attention to the other ones first. As described in othe certainly doesn't coincide with other ratings sites for Midway. I just wish I would have paid attention to the other ones first. As described in other sites, the one overriding theme with this dealership seems to be LIES. The salesmen seem to be OK, and are probably just passing on instructions from the men in the box. As someone said on another site, if you're going here be prepared to bend over. And if you do show up once you should expect a never ending string of calls inviting you to come in because they're "very close" to getting the deal done and your presence is the "best negotiating tool." My advice - ignore those calls and steer clear of Midway Nissan. More
I was disappointed last week when I called Midway Nissan to find out the guy that always helps get things done, Bruce, was no longer there. Before I bought my '12 Murano, I went to all the dealers in the va to find out the guy that always helps get things done, Bruce, was no longer there. Before I bought my '12 Murano, I went to all the dealers in the valley and Bruce was the only person I could trust. He is a great sale rep who helps his costumers even after the deal is through by setting up appointments for services and oil changes. He always says what he means. What a surprise! More
