Midway Nissan wrote on 12/6/2012 3:29:23 PM: Hello, I'm terribly sorry for the experience you had with us. We do everything we can to get the banks to approve the loan that was agreed upon however they do have the final say in what they will loan someone. We certainly could have handled the situation a lot better as well. We do appreciate the feedback and this will be addressed with upper management. Whether someone buys or not we want our customers to be satisfied and if there is an issue we want the opportunity to make it right. Is there something I can do to make up for the time lost? And then to tell me you don't recall me giving you a down payment of $600 is bull crap and then to tell me why did I not have a recipt is worse what do you think the contract says $600 cash. Your guys took it to far and pushed me to my limits and the worst part is when it was all said and done I had to walk wil my 50yr old mother from 23 ave to 43 ave to enterprise to get a rental because of dis honesty. I am not happy and like I said there is a way to treat people you guys should learn. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- (Reviewer has read this message) on mad lady wrote on 12/7/2012 7:41:54 PM: You know if it was just one person there then I could understand but it was not I dealt with 7 different people there who were full of crap and trying to push a sell that was not going to happen and they knew it. I called Earnheart Ford they took my info over the phone got me pre approved on a car that htey new a bank would finance with no problems no coming back to be haggled in no walking in the heat NO BULL. Maby you should have them give your guys some training. Im not saying all of them are bad but the ones I dealt with are dishonest -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- (Reviewer has read this message) Midway Nissan wrote on 12/8/2012 6:04:41 PM: I can understand and appreciate where you are coming from and things could have been handled better on our end. We aren't perfect no business is and we can always improve and learn. However you also said you were able to prove your income in getting you into the second car but it fell short with the banks and what you said you made. I've also never in my years here have seen someone walk home for any reason. But when you became loud and were yelling profanities out at people who would want to offer a ride to you. I am sorry and hope you can appreciate me trying to satisfy you. Aaron Hendizadeh Midway Nissan

This is Aaron I'm the Customer Service Director and I'm sorry for the experience you had. I'm also sorry that the selling price wasn't clearly communicated. We never have any intention for our customers to have a poor experience, however we do appreciate the feedback. Like you we don't like the advertising either however it's with the spirit in mind that all customers qualify for the rebates, Nissan sets the pricing guidelines we just play by the rules to be competitive with other dealers. I understand we have lost your business however no matter what the situation we always want the opportunity to make an issue right and have a satisfied customer whether they buy or not.

This is Aaron the Customer Service Director. I'm sorry that you feel this way and for what has happened. I'm not sure what other sites you have been on and for any company there will always be positive and negative reviews because no business is perfect. However we are not in the business of our customers having a poor experience. If there is ever a concern and a customer is not satisfied we always want the opportunity to make it right. Feel free to call me so we can talk further. Aaron Hendizadeh Midway Nissan 602-375-4233
