Went to Midway unsure what to expect on my visit, with a feeling of the worst that could ever happen is I left the lot in the car I drove in on. After a slight game of human ping pong that normall takes place when the swarm begins, I was settled with the assistance of Bruce Weiss. My iniitial impression was of a very open, warm, customer centric individual. As you can imagine, my guard immediately went up. We talked for a bit and discussed why I was there, both Bruce and myself were very direct and very open with what both of our goals were. Professionally, I function on facts, not speculation, not a land of gnomes, leprechauns and unicorns living on a magical cloud. It was TOTALLY refreshing to deal with someone just as factual and straight-forward. We left to look at cars and Bruce was very focused on the economics of the deal and trying to get the best opportunity for me. Personally, not being 100% happy with the lesser models (it's a personal thing, nothing about those vehicles ... just me as a consumer; you gotta be happy right?) Bruce had no issues showing me something else and was again direct in the amount of dealer incentives available, rebates, etc and being very open about what that would mean finance wise. This was NOT like dealing with your 'typical' salesmen; those men who run the fine line of being both revered and hated. This was someone who wanted their consumer to be happy. Because an unhappy consumer is death in the retail world; especially in these times. Honest to God, people ... from the time I set foot on the lot, until the time I walked off, then entire process took less than three (3) hours. You and I both know that amount of time usually is wrapped up in the haggling and millions of documents you end up signing. Gotta give a shout out to Marcus in Finance, this guy is just as great as Bruce. Very candid, open and knew when to laugh at my somewhat cerebral jokes. I live in Gilbert, there are many Nissan dealerships between me & Midway ... but I'd tell ANYONE to start there in their search and tell them to always ask for Bruce (and hope they get Marcus too). One can only say about my previous experience with this specific dealer was one that could be compared to a trip for a root canal or visiting a proctologist...to say the least it wasn't anything near an ex specific dealer was one that could be compared to a trip for a root canal or visiting a proctologist...to say the least it wasn't anything near an experience that any one would have enjoyed in the least. Admitedly I was quite skeptic when making the decision to drive back to the dealership from Gilbert to make another attempt at improving my current loan terms. I was quite honestly dead set against returning for anything other than the service that was covered as part of my terms, until I received a call from Kaytee Kelly. Kaytee had contacted me recently having seen that I was in the dealership and didn't complete my 'deal' on that visit. I spoke quite openly and frankly with Kaytee, who admitedly was probably taken aback by it all. She thanked me for my time and I thought that would be it. However, Kaytee called me back and honestly it was her pleasant demeanor on the phone that got me to make the trek from the EV to Midway yet again. From the moment I got on the lot I can not describe in words how incredible this experience was. To simply say that Kaytee was awesome wouldn't do her justice on not only the time she spent with me, but including our conversation that we shared throughout the day. I can't just give credit solely to Kaytee, but I also need to say how great Brian Tills was as a 'sales partner' in the experience. At no time did I ever feel I was being talked down to or that anyone was condescending. I was blunt and upfront with the things I was willing to do and things that in all honesty I wouldn't do; not that I couldn't. Brian & Kaytee spent nearly four hours with me, looking at options, vehicles, programs, rebates and Kaytee even offered to share her lunch, knowing how long that I'd been there. I appreciate all they did for me, but more so I appreciate how I was treated and talked to. Honestly, if not for being my sales team...they'd both be people that I'd probably welcome into my circle of friends; we all just clicked and I felt respected as a person and not seen as a number. I didn't walk in expecting to drive off the lot with a new vehicle, but I did and I'm thrilled with everything. Every single part of the experience fixed the, quite honestly, horrible experience that I had just a few months prior. Midway will have my business, even if I have to drive from Gilbert...as long as they continue to improve by having people like Kaytee. More

We came in to trade in our ford mustang on a new Nissan sentra and our experience was great. Kaytee was extremely helpful and very patient with us as we picked the car we wanted. Where should I start If this is what Nissan has representing them they must be asshamed. I was In a car accident rearended and my car was totaled I needede a new car so I went to Mid way Nissan. When I walked in the door every one SEEMED friendly enough. My sales guy was Brian I told him what I wanted how much I had to put down and in the end he said he could get me into a 2013 Nissan Versa with 40mpg I was excited because I am a single mother and that would save me alot of money on gas. He kept trying to get me to put more down I told him ALL i have Is $600 and he wanted me to pay $489 a month. I told him that is never going to happen I wanted to stay around $350 finaly we agreed on $399 then some one from finance came in and again kept trying to get me to pay more I told them I was feeling over whelmed and they were not listing to me so my mom and I were going to leave they did not want me to go he shook my hand and said fine $400 a month and $600 down including gap I said ok. Brian gave my my debit card they were holding and I gave him $600. when I sat down with Joe Ng to do the paper work I asked about the gap he said it was not included and the payment was going to be $407 a month at 18.7% intrest???? WTF I told them to give me my money back and I did not trust them any more at this time a mgr walked in said give her this deal which was $357 a month and 4.5% intrest HOW THE HELL CAN THEY DO THAT???? So I signed the paper work and left they said if they did not call me by Monday I got the deal I recived several calls but for reviews I asked if the loan went through they never called back until Friday night I told them I was not coming in at night. I spoke to David he assured me my price was going down I was suspicious I went in Saturday after work at 4pm. THey said I needed a co signer when I told them No give me my money back Joe said I didn't give them any money???? Wow Ifound brian he said he did not recal.So they sent mgr Martin Harington to talk to me At this point I am furrious I am miles away from home no car rental place is open the missing until monday and its getting dark. Magicly they found the money and I let them talk me into getting a 2006 Kia Optima so I could get home I figured they should know by now what the banks will approve I went home could not check the car out properly cause it was dark I got home noticed the grill was busted and the wiendshield had holes all over in it. I went back on wenesday my day off to "sign" more paper work they wanted another $2500 and my payment would go down to $200 a month. HELLO DO YOU SPEAK ENGLISH i have no more money It took me 3 hours to finaly get my mpney back and Me and my 50 yr old mother had to walk from 23 ave in Bell rd to 43 ave in bell rd to get a rental. This place is a joke and a scam they need to get it together and stop lying and waisting peoples time. They ran my credit through 20 different bamks trying to get me approved for something they knew I could not get now my credit has dropped points. I don't know how they sleep at night I am not happy I will tell every one I know how horrible they are More
