I checked Midway Nissan's website after hearing a radio commercial claiming that all credit applications would be approved. Being credit & financially challenged (and VERY skeptical) I clicked on a vehicle and stumbled upon the reviews about Kaytee Kelly which made me then pick up the phone and call her. She took information from me and then called back straight away to advise that my credit application had been approved. Due to her confidence and positive attitude, we agreed to meet the following day and let me say, I wasn't disappointed. She was informative, motivated, polite, and patient. After going thru the getting to know you and test drive process, I was very impressed and trusted her. She was attentive to my deal and kept me informed every step of the way during the finance process. Unfortunately, (remember, I'm credit and financially challenged), I wasn't comfortable with my deal and after 4 hours I chose to leave Midway Nissan. Kaytee didn't give up. She was so determined to find a car for me and she did. Due to her determination I decided to try it again only to have to make the same decision (again, my choice and no pressure ever from Kaytee or Midway which I greatly appreciated). From 10a - 6p, her entire work day, she tried to make this purchase a reality. She even bought lunch for us, we were there for so long. The following day, she called and during that conversation she again expressed her confidence in her ability to 'make this deal happen' for me when I was financially comfortable. I highly recommend KAYTEE KELLY as the Go-To Salesperson when purchasing a vehicle from Midway Nissan. The reviews about her are an accurate reflection of her professionalism; however, they don't tell you (but I will) that she will go more than above and beyond to put her clients in a vehicle that they want and can comfortably afford. I'm sure that with the mentorship of Midway Nissan and also her manager, Patrick Fairley, she will continue to be a definitive and valuable asset to the team and dealership. As stated earlier, the overall experience was so positive and unlike any previous car dealer experiences. Kaytee Kelly is the reason that when I am in a better position to buy my car, Kaytee will be the person to sell it to me. My advice is to anyone looking to purchase a car, do yourself a favor, and contact Kaytee!! You'll be happy you did. More
Buying a new car is usually a hassle but Kaytee made it a pleasant experience. She was the friendliest and most helpful person I've ever dealt with at a car dealership. I had bad experiences purchasing used cars in the past. So I get online and I am just looking before I start trying to purchase a car. Had about 2000.00 to put down on a car, but I wanted to see how I would be played. Already had an appointment with Camelback Dealer in case the game playing started. The online saleperson answered my chat, and I explained that I was a credit challenge before I came in, and told him that I did not want to waste his or my time, I gave him my information prior to even thinking about coming in, because I wanted them to look at my credit first. Rashad called me back and we schedule me to meet Ed Brown in the morning. I get there and no Ed, but another sales person is introduced to me. We go looking as the Versa and test drive the car, and he supposedly looked at my credit the day before and we were ready to go. The light is starting to come on, because this guy wants to give me 3000.00 for a 2007 Convertible PY Cruiser with very little physical damage. Up walks this salesperson Patrick, and he is arrogant, and began rudely questioning me about putting down payment and 600.00 a month payments, and asking me about a car accident that happened with the previous, now the value of my 3000.00 car has to go down even further. They were told that I wanted to stay at 350.00 before I walked in the door. I let him know that I did not want to hear one word from him, and me and the other salesman do not know why he came over. Now the salesman that told me everything was alright began asking my for a co-signer. I took my keys, walk out the door with my money and my car, went to another dealer got 8000.00 trade on my PT Cruiser for a 2010 Honda Civic. The dealership experience at the other dealer was laid back, and I was even taken to starbucks for coffee. Patrick had no right to address me in the manner he did, I am an adult all they had to say is we are unable to assist you and I would not have wasted my time, not come at me like he was my daddy. More

One can only say about my previous experience with this specific dealer was one that could be compared to a trip for a root canal or visiting a proctologist...to say the least it wasn't anything near an ex specific dealer was one that could be compared to a trip for a root canal or visiting a proctologist...to say the least it wasn't anything near an experience that any one would have enjoyed in the least. Admitedly I was quite skeptic when making the decision to drive back to the dealership from Gilbert to make another attempt at improving my current loan terms. I was quite honestly dead set against returning for anything other than the service that was covered as part of my terms, until I received a call from Kaytee Kelly. Kaytee had contacted me recently having seen that I was in the dealership and didn't complete my 'deal' on that visit. I spoke quite openly and frankly with Kaytee, who admitedly was probably taken aback by it all. She thanked me for my time and I thought that would be it. However, Kaytee called me back and honestly it was her pleasant demeanor on the phone that got me to make the trek from the EV to Midway yet again. From the moment I got on the lot I can not describe in words how incredible this experience was. To simply say that Kaytee was awesome wouldn't do her justice on not only the time she spent with me, but including our conversation that we shared throughout the day. I can't just give credit solely to Kaytee, but I also need to say how great Brian Tills was as a 'sales partner' in the experience. At no time did I ever feel I was being talked down to or that anyone was condescending. I was blunt and upfront with the things I was willing to do and things that in all honesty I wouldn't do; not that I couldn't. Brian & Kaytee spent nearly four hours with me, looking at options, vehicles, programs, rebates and Kaytee even offered to share her lunch, knowing how long that I'd been there. I appreciate all they did for me, but more so I appreciate how I was treated and talked to. Honestly, if not for being my sales team...they'd both be people that I'd probably welcome into my circle of friends; we all just clicked and I felt respected as a person and not seen as a number. I didn't walk in expecting to drive off the lot with a new vehicle, but I did and I'm thrilled with everything. Every single part of the experience fixed the, quite honestly, horrible experience that I had just a few months prior. Midway will have my business, even if I have to drive from Gilbert...as long as they continue to improve by having people like Kaytee. More
Went to Midway unsure what to expect on my visit, with a feeling of the worst that could ever happen is I left the lot in the car I drove in on. After a slight game of human ping pong that normall takes place when the swarm begins, I was settled with the assistance of Bruce Weiss. My iniitial impression was of a very open, warm, customer centric individual. As you can imagine, my guard immediately went up. We talked for a bit and discussed why I was there, both Bruce and myself were very direct and very open with what both of our goals were. Professionally, I function on facts, not speculation, not a land of gnomes, leprechauns and unicorns living on a magical cloud. It was TOTALLY refreshing to deal with someone just as factual and straight-forward. We left to look at cars and Bruce was very focused on the economics of the deal and trying to get the best opportunity for me. Personally, not being 100% happy with the lesser models (it's a personal thing, nothing about those vehicles ... just me as a consumer; you gotta be happy right?) Bruce had no issues showing me something else and was again direct in the amount of dealer incentives available, rebates, etc and being very open about what that would mean finance wise. This was NOT like dealing with your 'typical' salesmen; those men who run the fine line of being both revered and hated. This was someone who wanted their consumer to be happy. Because an unhappy consumer is death in the retail world; especially in these times. Honest to God, people ... from the time I set foot on the lot, until the time I walked off, then entire process took less than three (3) hours. You and I both know that amount of time usually is wrapped up in the haggling and millions of documents you end up signing. Gotta give a shout out to Marcus in Finance, this guy is just as great as Bruce. Very candid, open and knew when to laugh at my somewhat cerebral jokes. I live in Gilbert, there are many Nissan dealerships between me & Midway ... but I'd tell ANYONE to start there in their search and tell them to always ask for Bruce (and hope they get Marcus too). We came in to trade in our ford mustang on a new Nissan sentra and our experience was great. Kaytee was extremely helpful and very patient with us as we picked the car we wanted.
