We do everything we can to get the banks to approve the loan that was agreed upon however they do have the final say in what they will loan someone. We certainly could have handled the situation a lot better as well. We do appreciate the feedback and this will be addressed with upper management. Whether someone buys or not we want our customers to be satisfied and if there is an issue we want the opportunity to make it right. Is there something I can do to make up for the time lost? Maby you should have them give your guys some training. I've also never in my years here have seen someone walk home for any reason. But when you became loud and were yelling profanities out at people who would want to offer a ride to you.
