My smal family was growing and getting ready to have our 4th child and we needed a larger vehicle. Joshua Pinnegar jumped throguh hoops, made phone calls, and did everything in his power to deliver on his p 4th child and we needed a larger vehicle. At the end of the day he had managed to get us into a 2010 Chrysler Town and Country Touring with very low miles and a payment in the relative range of what we asked for. At the end of the day he even helped me deliver it to my home 65 miles away on his own time I just covered his gas. He even calmed hte storm at one point when I got irritated with a sales manager who was confused about our needs. Over all this was a great sales experience made possible by Joshua Pinnegar and I was impressed so much thta I have committed to buy my next two vehicles from him exculsively. Midway Nissan and their staff do live up to their claims. It is a great company at least from my experience.On top of all of this Juan at finance even compensated me gap insurance and a new warranty. I recently had my car service with Midway Nissan. I actually quit going there because Leslie wasnt working there anymore. As soon as i found out she started back I came back. We had visited two other Nissan dealerships prior to visiting Midway Nissan. We knew that we were going to purchase a car and did not feel comfortable with how pushy the employees were at the other deal visiting Midway Nissan. We initially contacted Erica by email and received a timely response. She answered all of our questions including what additional costs we would have on top of the advertised rate. We decided to drive 25 miles out of our way to visit Midway and found it to be worthwhile. Justin Strohl was excellent in providing top notch customer satisfaction and did everything that he could to find us the car that we were looking for. After what started out to be a frustrating experience at the other dealerships we ended up being extremely satisfied. We would strongly recommend visiting Midway Nissan. Midway is about 10 times better than Pinnacle Nissan. I bought a cube from Pinnacle at a tent event about 3 years ago and I have never been lied to and run around in circles more than by them. Midway on bought a cube from Pinnacle at a tent event about 3 years ago and I have never been lied to and run around in circles more than by them. Midway on the other hand may not be the fastest, but they do it right. Went in to get a new cube, and it took about 6 hours. But didn't get jerked around. Jay did a great job and I couldn't be happier with my new cube. Good price too, but if you like cubes, don't expect a ton of selection. They only have a few new ones at any given time. Versas and Sentras? A lot. But I'm 6' 5" and those don't work well. Cube all the way! More
