Mr. Strohl helped us determine that the 2012 Murano in-stock was the preferred choice for a new car. Justin continually monitored the status of the car and promptly notified us when it became available again. We really appreciated the early, "no nonsense" approach to providng the best discount possible and then kept that price through contract close. Delivery was made at a tent sale and several items were incomplete at pickup. Soon thereafter I received the missing floor mats via ground carrier, the fuel tank was completely filled when it was brought to the dealership for Zakteck treatment, and spots on the carpet were treated and removed during this first treatment. Everyone at the dealer was very supportive and helpful in completing the sale and providing services for the incomplete items after purchase. Again, Mr. Strohl's efforts and attention to our needs is very appreciated and he deserves our best possible rating! Way to go, Justin!! Brian and Cheryl Hicks More

We were directed to you from another Nissan dealership. They knew your inventory had the car of our dreams. We were willing to purchase the car site unseen with communications and pictures and a trustworthy team. Your sales representative's written statements about prices were changed when they knew we wanted the car, prices quoted were not upheld, and deals promised regarding gift cards were taken back. This made me wonder what we could believe and trust with this sales representative. I brought this to your representatives attention, Ms. Mayorga, and referred to her statement "earn my business", "respond to me and receive a $50 gift car, "$43,670" I received a typical response of sorry it wasn't part of how you do business there and an excuse because I do not live in Arizona. I was in fact communicating through internet sales which communicates with people all over the United States. I then received a message from her manager, Ms. Lopez, who was the most incompetent and unfriendly customer representative I could imagine. She threatened me saying I was not to use any internet communications or she would have them erased. I am really sad that I will not be able to purchase the car I was looking to buy there. But, the the exceptionally poor customer service and the dishonesty, makes it impossible to trust anything they say. Buyer beware!!! I should have listened to my local dealer when they warned me about this specific dealership in the first place. More

Once I arrived there Robert passed me on to someone else whom I had to walk the lot with for 20 minutes before figuring out that the vehicle was in fact not there anymore. I currently have a Nissan Rogue which I use as a work vehicle so I am constantly getting regular oil changes and extensive maintenance done. No matter the extent of the issue ranging from minor to extreme the staff is always ready to help and get the job done right and in a very timely manner. I have made appointments which were withheld and done as quickly as I was told; I have also walked in without an appointment and have been greeted just as friendly and helped just as fast and timely. from getting a quick oil change to having to leave my vehicle for a few days and taking a rental car from Nissan it has always been the absolute best customer service, quick professional service, the friendliest staff, very reasonable pricing and specifically my preferred employee I always go through Leslie Moses always checks if I qualify for any special deals and/or and coupons etc. which is very greatly appreciated from myself and my company. The overall experience is absolutely stellar and I could not be happier with my ongoing experiences with Leslie Moses and here spectacular team of technicians. More
Went here for a Nissan Versa 2013 internet price of 11,160 automatic.Called first to see if they had it for the price as in add they said they said yes it was that price and they did have it!!!Went the 11,160 automatic.Called first to see if they had it for the price as in add they said they said yes it was that price and they did have it!!!Went there that night only to find that it is not truth to get that price you have to qualify for a bunch of discounts!!!Which I did not qualify for such as collage student,vet so on....!!Then to add to it they want me to do a credit app when I don't even know the true price of the car that will be sold to me as???To make it worse I never drove it come on please !Don't go here save your self the time and hassle!Who in the world will buy a car if they don't know what you will pay for it and you never drove it poor customer service never go there!!! The problem continues Sat 3/16/13 I went to the talking stick tent sale because I got a call form you guys again I was told come and you would make it right you were sorry yadada...and this time it was for a 2013 Nissan Vesra or even a 2011 even 2012 and I told you guys again don't waste my time and I won,t waste yours I have a deal at another dealership for a 2011 Nissa Vesra for 12thousand dollars out the door tax title,lic,docs if you can beat that or stay close for a new one I will go !They said yes!Well I go and they get me to try I brand new one for 13,979 fees 715.00 2500.00 for my trade 2000.00 down 72 mo at10.50% monthly payment of 265.00 which is very deceiving cause if you do the math the payment is higher.To make matters worse when it comes time to sign your people add in 345 wax some thing I did not ask for 2000.00 extended warranty 700.00 gap insurance all things I did not asked for when I asked for you to take them out you guys said the bank would not let you so many lies and you also thought because I was alone and a lady you had me and I was going to sign when it was time to sign I saw all those questionable things there and I was telling the guy who sits there with me to explain all those add ons and he said to me I don't have time to sit here and argue with you about the math we can do it all day but I don't have time so I tell him let me call my brother can you talk to him for me he says no i got lots of DEALS I don't have time at the end i walk out thank GOD buyer beware these guys prey on people they think don't know the numbers and women !!Never go here especially if you are a lady!!!!Stay away!
