I'm sorry for the way you feel and we certainly don't want any of our customers to have a poor experience. Meyling is a new employee with us and she made an honest mistake which she admitted and she apologized to you. She didn't realize you were out of state, we all make mistakes and we learn from them especially when you are in a new career. For you to tell her in an email you will post a poor review if you didn't get the giftcard because she made a mistake is unfair. We are all for correcting any issues or mistakes but also don't want to be threatened if we don't try and help in a situation. Below is the customers email and Meylings apologizing. Hi Meyling, Thanks so much for your message. My husband made it sound like the price we were quoted and expected to receive kept on changing. Very unfortunate. We are still shopping and hope to find the right deal soon. So if things change on your side or more incentives become availabe please contact us right away. I did respond to your emails right away and you told me if I did I would receive a $50 gift card. Please let me know how to activate this. Yes I apologize for the misunderstanding I did find this Armada let me know what you think it would be lower in price with rebate only included. Also I double checked on the Gift card unfortunately you have to be in the building in order for us to release them. Meyling Mayorga Internet Manager Meyling- seriously ! Your dealership has been very misleading- your message and I quote, " respond now to receive your complimentary $50 gift card". There is no message disclaimer that I need to need to be in the building. I hope I will hear positive information from you right away so I do not need to take further action. I understand I was not aware that it was an out of state customer or I would of not mentioned it based on the fact that we offer it for the customers that get a chance to make it down to the dealership. I apologize if it was misleading to you that is not our intention that's why we don't disclaim we can mail it either. And I feel in this case specifically you have earned it. Your dealership has done nothing to earn my trust or my business. In fact, how could I possible trust you for a purchase of a car or SUV when you can't keep your word on a $50 gift card. I don't know you, I was going by your word and apparently it is not worth much. In the day of social media, I am very happy to share my experience with the internet world. I hope you will review your message and discuss this situation with your manager so that we may stay on good terms and possibly do business in the future.
