Mr. Strohl helped us determine that the 2012 Murano in-stock was the preferred choice for a new car. When we returned for a 2nd look, the car was unavailable because it was borrowed for a few days by in-stock was the preferred choice for a new car. Justin continually monitored the status of the car and promptly notified us when it became available again. We really appreciated the early, "no nonsense" approach to providng the best discount possible and then kept that price through contract close. Delivery was made at a tent sale and several items were incomplete at pickup. Soon thereafter I received the missing floor mats via ground carrier, the fuel tank was completely filled when it was brought to the dealership for Zakteck treatment, and spots on the carpet were treated and removed during this first treatment. Everyone at the dealer was very supportive and helpful in completing the sale and providing services for the incomplete items after purchase. Again, Mr. Strohl's efforts and attention to our needs is very appreciated and he deserves our best possible rating! Way to go, Justin!! Brian and Cheryl Hicks More
I purchased a vehicle from Midway Nissan in 2008 and have been taking it back regularly for scheduled maintenance. I do recommend you dealership whenever it comes up & have cards for Justin to pass out to whoever needs a good salesman. Justin took all my phone calls on or off duty, he is a gem, you must keep him. We were directed to you from another Nissan dealership. They knew your inventory had the car of our dreams. The sales representative warned me about your willingness to do business but I was confident we c They knew your inventory had the car of our dreams. We were willing to purchase the car site unseen with communications and pictures and a trustworthy team. Your sales representative's written statements about prices were changed when they knew we wanted the car, prices quoted were not upheld, and deals promised regarding gift cards were taken back. This made me wonder what we could believe and trust with this sales representative. I brought this to your representatives attention, Ms. Mayorga, and referred to her statement "earn my business", "respond to me and receive a $50 gift car, "$43,670" I received a typical response of sorry it wasn't part of how you do business there and an excuse because I do not live in Arizona. I was in fact communicating through internet sales which communicates with people all over the United States. I then received a message from her manager, Ms. Lopez, who was the most incompetent and unfriendly customer representative I could imagine. She threatened me saying I was not to use any internet communications or she would have them erased. I am really sad that I will not be able to purchase the car I was looking to buy there. But, the the exceptionally poor customer service and the dishonesty, makes it impossible to trust anything they say. Buyer beware!!! I should have listened to my local dealer when they warned me about this specific dealership in the first place. More

Once I arrived there Robert passed me on to someone else whom I had to walk the lot with for 20 minutes before figuring out that the vehicle was in fact not there anymore. The dealership did reimburse me for me for the waste of gas and time that this trip costed. More
