After an impressively negative experience with a previous dealership, I had to get rid of the car that I had. Midway Nissan was wonderful in helping me get rid of the car in the easiest and best way possible dealership, I had to get rid of the car that I had. Midway Nissan was wonderful in helping me get rid of the car in the easiest and best way possible. I left the experience confused by the fact that I actually enjoyed my time at a car dealership. Yes, I actually ENJOYED my time there. Weird, I know. The people there are absolutely spectacular and do everything in their power to make sure that you are having a good experience. Very impressive. A few weeks ago, I went to Midway Nissan, and did not have a good experience. I was upset about it, and the manager was kind and considerate when helping resolve my issue. Kudos to the service department for bringing back Leslie!! Your service department is good but with her around it is great! Instead she cares about me. Her attention to detail is fabulous. She always helps me by checking my Nissan points to see how I can save money. She updates me via email or phone and always with a personal humorous touch. I have and will continue to refer people to Midway Nissan service department. Again yay you for bringing her back!!!! More

Mr. Strohl helped us determine that the 2012 Murano in-stock was the preferred choice for a new car. When we returned for a 2nd look, the car was unavailable because it was borrowed for a few days by in-stock was the preferred choice for a new car. Justin continually monitored the status of the car and promptly notified us when it became available again. We really appreciated the early, "no nonsense" approach to providng the best discount possible and then kept that price through contract close. Delivery was made at a tent sale and several items were incomplete at pickup. Soon thereafter I received the missing floor mats via ground carrier, the fuel tank was completely filled when it was brought to the dealership for Zakteck treatment, and spots on the carpet were treated and removed during this first treatment. Everyone at the dealer was very supportive and helpful in completing the sale and providing services for the incomplete items after purchase. Again, Mr. Strohl's efforts and attention to our needs is very appreciated and he deserves our best possible rating! Way to go, Justin!! Brian and Cheryl Hicks More
I purchased a vehicle from Midway Nissan in 2008 and have been taking it back regularly for scheduled maintenance. I do recommend you dealership whenever it comes up & have cards for Justin to pass out to whoever needs a good salesman. Justin took all my phone calls on or off duty, he is a gem, you must keep him.
