He's easygoing and down to earth when you talk to him, and he is knowledgeable and fair in handling your job. When he answers your questions, you know exactly what to expect. Talking to him for the very first time, it was obvious to me that it was important to him, because of his own personal values, that my job be done the right way, with the best possible result! Finally, ROBERT LUCERO, the manager of the service dept. Perhaps he is the reason so many people at Midway's service department are so easy to deal with and follow through so well. Because it's obvious, when you meet him, that here is an honorable man, a kind man, an intelligent, organized man who does not see responsibility as a burden. I have no doubt that he takes real pleasure in making his department run smoothly and well.
