I just purchased a new 2013 Nissan Rogue. My experience was wonderful. Scott was the salesman that helped me. I was impressed with their focus on customer service. In this day and age, the customers’ voice/opinion can be shared across the internet in a matter of seconds. Midway is very customer focused and I really liked that. Matt was the employee I worked with in finance. He was very efficient and explained things in a way I could understand. I appreciated him being considerate of my time and having everything together and ready to go when we sat down to start signing paper work. Overall, my experience was exceptional. I would come back to Midway Nissan in a heartbeat and would recommend them to my friends and family. Thanks for a great experience!! A+ More

I had a great experience at Midway. I did not feel pressured and felt respected along the way. I did not make a decision the first visit and that was very much respected. Until recently, I had not been to Midway Nissan in quite some time as I have not received quality service since the purchase of my vehicle from them in 2010. I went to this location for service a few times some time as I have not received quality service since the purchase of my vehicle from them in 2010. I went to this location for service a few times but the staff was usually not very helpful and the quality of service never seemed quite up to par. Over the last year or more I have been taking my car to another NIssan dealership much further than the few miles away that Midway is to me simply because the customer service and quality of their work is very good. I received a complimentary Oil Change and vehicle inspection coupon two weeks ago and decided to give it a try. It was also the perfect opportunity to give them a fair chance in the event the customer service and the quality of their work had improved. With that being said, I scheduled an appointment for the following day to include an oil change, a full inspection and a car wash. I felt good about giving them another try and the possibility of them having improved as they are so close to me when I need service. I showed up to my appointment ten minutes before my scheduled time, was told the guys were still at lunch and was asked to wait in the lobby waiting area. I sat in the Lobby from 1pm - 2:35 waiting for a service I was expecting to be 30-45 minutes max. Once my car was finished I get a phone call and it was the service advisor who took my keys and asked me to wait in the lobby. He asks where I am and when I tell him that I am in the lobby he tells me my car is ready and near the curb. I walk out to find him and my car and then he tells me I need to go back into the lobby to the cashier so we walk back into the lobby he just called me out of. I follow him to the counter, he drops off the paperwork and he leaves. I stand at the counter waiting until the female asks for a signature, hands me my copy and says I'm done. I ask if owe anything and if I get my vehicle report and was told I owed nothing as it was a coupon and there was no report. I have received a sort of "service report" from this location in the past and each time I go to my current Nissan dealership, I never leave without a service representative going over that with me and giving me a copy for my records. Upon leaving the lobby to find my car I notice immediately my car was not washed, even though I checked the specific box for a car wash when scheduling my appointment. I thought it was not enough to be bothered as my experience was becoming reminiscent of past service appointments so I got in my car and headed home. Once I was home I didn't have much to do so my car was parked in my drive way the rest of the evening until the following morning. I went to work and notice when I get home after work that I had leaked oil onto my driveway. I made a couple phone calls to Midway that evening and the following morning and was referred to a couple different people. First a service rep who never answered the phone and then I left a voice mail message for the service manager to call me. The following morning I have my car taken to a local garage to have it looked at and as we are inspecting the hood I also notice none of the fluids are topped off and I assumed that was something that was part of the inspection and oil change as it is always done where I take my car to now. Once my car is taken into the garage and inspected the mechanic tells me when the oil was changed, they never replaced the gasket(s) when plugging the drain. They drain the oil, replace the gasket(s) and complete a new oil change and all was well upon leaving the local garage. I called the service manager again and left another message to which she (Lisa Wylie) replied the following day while I was at work and she left a message. I returned her call that afternoon on my break, which was four days ago, and have yet to hear from anyone since then. Did I expect too much considering I was using a coupon for a Complimentary Oil Change and Inspection? More
Came to Midway Nissan because I was interested in purchasing a Nissan Pathfinder. I was helped by Ryan who actually made buying a car a way better experience and gave me hope that if I ever want to p purchasing a Nissan Pathfinder. Ryan was very honest and straight forward didn't give me false hope. I did leave with a brand new 2013 Nissan Altima, though this wasn't the vehicle I came to purchase, I am very happy with it. I would totally recommend anyone looking to buy a new vehicle to one but a Nissan and two go Midway Nissan to purchase your new car, and make sure you ask for Ryan. More
