I contacted Patrick in regards to purchasing a used car and gave him the terms I needed met. (the money i could put down and the monthly payment i needed to be at. i made an appointment and as soon as i go and gave him the terms I needed met. (the money i could put down and the monthly payment i needed to be at. i made an appointment and as soon as i got there i was greeted by Jeremy- he brought me to Patrick and immediately he pulled up the cars that would fit in the description of what i was looking for as well as the payment i was interested in. Jaccara came over and was very pleasant- she took me for a drive and i decided i wanted a little more car. we searched the back for a while just looking at different options. once we found something we went back to patrick and he looked everything up, had the car brought down and i fell in love. I ended up buying the 2013 nissan altima instead of the used Altima- i paid a little more than i wanted to but felt very comfortable doing so as Patrick and jaccara explained to me what my advantages were and again i had already fell in love with the car. in the meantime i had two children with me- jaccara took the kids and got the a hot dog, chips and drinks so that i may spend some time with patrick discussing the payments and down payment. Everyone who was involved was so patient, professional and so kind. i can not thank patrick and jaccara enough. i will always come back to Midway Nissan and will recommend to all of my family and friends. Joe in finance was awesome as well, he took the time to explain all of my options on the warrantys and felt very comfortable after purchasing 4 of them that i had made the right choice for me- know one was pushy or discouraging they all treated me like i was there only customer and they truly cared about what I wanted. From the moment that I walked in to the store, I was genuinely greeted with courtesy and respect. I am suppose to be getting my twos car refinanced, as i was told by a certain finace person. I was told to call between may 31 and fune 7 to set up an appt to come in so we can get this done before june 10 was told by a certain finace person. I was told to call between may 31 and fune 7 to set up an appt to come in so we can get this done before june 10 and i was also told not to pay a payment in june because both cars were going to be refinanced. i went to the tent sale back in oct of 2012 and was told i would not need to put any money down when it will be time to refinance in june 2013 and i was also told the payments would be MUCH lower than the original payment. i shared with nissa my income and other bills i have each month. when june got here, no one still had not got in touch with me. if my income is $1300.00 per month and i have other bills to pay, how could i afford a $432.00 per month for a car payment? then the following day,i went back to nissan with one of my daughters because on of the sales person said "that i can get another car as long as the other deal on car 1 have not closed so i co-signed my name and my daughter name on car 2 as well!!! i was also told that car 2 will be refinanced along with car 1. When it came time to do the refinance on both cars i never got a call back and it made it look like i was late on car payments with both cars, making my credit looking not so good. when i finally got in touch with the customer service director (who was very helpful in directing me), he stated that he turned my information over to a sales person on june 10 and still i had to keep calling this person and i finally got in touch with this person on july 5th, 2013 and from what he was telling me is that i can bring both cars in to trade for others cars, when in reality, NISSAN WAS GOING TO LOWER MY PAYMENTS ON CAR 1 AND CAR 2!! why would i trade two cars that i have had over 7 months and all the money that was put into both cars. why would nissan treat people unfairly. i have put over $3000.00 down between car 1 and car 2 and invested $11 to $12 thousand dollars in both cars over the pass 7 months regarding car payments . its as if nissan was "leasing the cars to us". I feel as if i dont have the cash to pay the actual payment of car 1 ($432.00) and car 2 ($359.00) they may tell me i have to pay those payments or get something else. i honestly think nissan will tell me that that are not going to lower those payments. my girls have become used to the cars. I even email the general manager to explain my story and that was over a month ago. all i want is my payments to be lowered to $180-$200 for each car as i was promised back in oct 2012, i feel dupped and lied to!! we would have never signed for the vehicles if we knew that the car payments were not going to be lowered through refinancing. it feels like nissan do not care of this situation (simply because i have been waiting over a month to refinance).i think 3 on your side is someone who would listen to my story and maybe they can tell me what is going on. i have 1 question? was i lied to about refinancing my nissan versa and nissan sentra in june of 2013??? This place has the worst customer service I have ever expierenced. I went in to check out car prices and ended p being talked into a car. My saleman was great but the finance people were HORRIBLE! Leslie Moses, the Customer Service Manager is the greatest thing to happen to the automobile industry since the invention of the internal combustion engine! Seriously.. she does an incredible job.
