sitting for 9 hours to refinanced the cars was inappropriate and to add more insult to injury the refinancing of both cars was HIGHLY UNJUSTIFIED!!! as soon as i was beginning to sign the paper work, there were more hidden misleading information that was not told to me that was going to occur as a result of lowering both car payments???? I now know where to go and who I should talk to about this matter.

i am sitting here this Saturday morining and I get a phone call from creditors stating i am late on a car payment. i exlpained to this person that both of the cars was refinaced over 2 weeks ago and then the person proceeding to tell me that he have no record of it. so I called nissan right after i hung up the phone. i was told that by a person (wont give his name) stated that, THE PAYOFF BALANCE ON BOTH CARS HAD ALREADY BEEN PAID? REALLY? if this is true, why is this company calling me for a car payment? Will this make my credit look bad. I dont deserve to be treated like this at all. If someone would have taken care of me back in may-2013 when i tried to contact someone in regards to refinancing, this would have never occured. something needs to be done for all this mishap i have been going threw over the pass few months.
