I had made an online appointment with Rashad Creagh the day before to make the buying process much smoother. He let me know what was going to happen as he gathered my information. Justin was extremely patient and thorough with making sure I had understood the process. After many hours of negotiation we came to an agreement. I went with a 2013 Nissan Juke SL. This was a vehicle I wanted for a while now. This vehicle happened to have everything I was looking for. Justin was able to put the deal in force to make sure that I was going to get the Juke! I needed a new place to get my 2007 Frontier serviced by people that know the vehicle. Mike Rios greeted me politely and told me he would take care of my "baby". Even before the oil change, he sought me out in the waiting area and said he would drop the $33.95 rate to the $29.95 rate I was getting at Coulter Nissan before they moved way out west. I didn't mention the other issues I was having with my truck but after the multi point vehicle inspection he pointed out some things that needed addressed; the repairs that were done took care of the issues I'd had with it earlier. And the fact a loaner car was provided at no extra cost while mine was being repaired was awesome! I now have a reliable dealership to take my truck for service and since the Frontier hasn't given me any major problems, I will probably look for a good used sedan at your facility as well but that's down the road a ways. If I had to bring up one concern, I wish the person dealing with my finances would have came and introduced him/herself. I don't feel like a valued customer at any dealership when people have to walk back and forth to discuss the money I am going to spending, I rather have the face to face interaction to come to an agreement on the thousands of dollars I am spending instead of it having to be discussed behind closed doors behind my back.
