I went to Midway Nissan to look for a new car while my current Nissan received an oil change. Upon entering the lot a young man approached me and helped me look at the cars on the lot. We went inside and talked to Daniel who helped me further look for a car in my price range and the certain features I prefer. Daniel helped me find a gorgeous 2013 Nissan Sentra. The customer service at Midway is top notch. I would recommend them to my family and friends. Midway Nissan is the only place I have gone for my car purchases, and I plan on keeping it that way. More
From the time I drove in until I drove out, the personnel were prompt and friendly. When a problem was found prior to the maintenance, Martin got me a rental car, took me back to talk to the actual service were prompt and friendly. When a problem was found prior to the maintenance, Martin got me a rental car, took me back to talk to the actual service mechanic who went over the problem, the service was completed within 24 hours (I thought it would take longer since it was a head gasket) and I was out of there within 10 minutes of arriving to pick up my car. But I had forgotten my handicapped sticker in the rental but Martin called to tell me he had it. Whew! great job. More

What struck me most was that he wasn't overbearing in his sales technique, he let me come to the decision. After he had shown me the cars I wanted to look at, my father and I left to compare other makes and models in the area, none of them came close to what Midway had. I didn't leave any place else with the smile on my face that I had left with from Midway and that stuck with me. I made sure that I went back to Daniel because it was his salesmanship that made me want that car. After a few more hours of working with the finance department, I was able to walk away in my first 'new' vehicle, a 2012 Nissan Versa Note. It was at the right price with the right mileage. Many kudos to Daniel, thank you for talking to me like I was actually a person who needed a car and not just a potential commission. More

I had a hellish car buying experience a few years back with Sands and this time around with you all has renewed my faith that someone can get it right! I was in this morning to get my first oil change and everyone had their acts together!!!! Whatever you are doing it’s working! I love my car and now I have a place I know I will be taken care of. A friend and I are going to Vegas this weekend, she’s in the market for a vehicle…I am going to have her drive my Altima and then get her over to your place to purchase one! Thank you very much!!
