From the moment we hit the lot, we were treated as VIP Customers and we are just ordinary people. We were met at our old vehicle by the salesman, Marco, and led inside where it was cooler (being AZ) and Customers and we are just ordinary people. He showed us a couple 2012 vehicles even though we were also interested in a Frontier truck. He then went to get some keys to test drive a vehicle and we waited a little bit wandering around lot on our own (was approached by other salesmen but we told them we working w/Marco). They left but another salesman approached carrying water for us and he knew we were working w/another but that thoughtfulness was great!). Then Marco appeared with a 2014 Versa for us to test drive and we enjoyed it and the price range was what we were looking for. Marco then took us inside where we negotiated a few times with him and he worked with us to make the deal happen to all our beneift. He then had the car processed (detailed), filled and cleaned up. We were at dealership approximately 3 hours but we never felt pushed aside, forgotten, or any way uncomfortable. It was a good experience and we will be recommending the dealership (which I have already done) and working w/them again when we ready to trade up. Marco's friendliness and good humor was a definite plus. We haven't had a better salesman in our life that wasn't arrogant or pushy so this was exceptional service. Patrick & Lee Bomar More

I had noises coming from the engine as I accelerated and the shifting of the transmission was not smooth. I had no idea what the trouble was but Mr. Nydahl diagnosed it right away. I went to Midway Nissan to look for a new car while my current Nissan received an oil change. Upon entering the lot a young man approached me and helped me look at the cars on the lot. From the time I drove in until I drove out, the personnel were prompt and friendly. When a problem was found prior to the maintenance, Martin got me a rental car, took me back to talk to the actual service were prompt and friendly. When a problem was found prior to the maintenance, Martin got me a rental car, took me back to talk to the actual service mechanic who went over the problem, the service was completed within 24 hours (I thought it would take longer since it was a head gasket) and I was out of there within 10 minutes of arriving to pick up my car. But I had forgotten my handicapped sticker in the rental but Martin called to tell me he had it. Whew! great job. More

After he had shown me the cars I wanted to look at, my father and I left to compare other makes and models in the area, none of them came close to what Midway had. I didn't leave any place else with the smile on my face that I had left with from Midway and that stuck with me. I made sure that I went back to Daniel because it was his salesmanship that made me want that car. After a few more hours of working with the finance department, I was able to walk away in my first 'new' vehicle, a 2012 Nissan Versa Note. It was at the right price with the right mileage. Many kudos to Daniel, thank you for talking to me like I was actually a person who needed a car and not just a potential commission. More
