Since I work in the medical field, which is customer service based I feel it's important to express postive when it is deserved. Midaway Nissan, definitly deserves cudos for their customer service. More importantly, I was treated with respect and at no point did I feel pressured. As a female, it can be intimidating to have any interaction when it comes to vehicles. This certainly was not the case with Mike Diaz, my sales rep and Jon Leckwart the Finance Manager. In fact, my credit is subpar and I was not treated as such! By far this was an excellent buying experience!! Our representative was exceptionally knowledgeable, understanding and helpful. He didn't try to put us into something else, he was accommodating and made sure when we left his dealership, we were extremely happy. My wife and I smiled the complete drive home because after leaving, not once did we feel cheated. We are still talking about the fantastic experience we had. We know with high ticketed items, it could take a little bit of time but it was well worth it. I totaled my car a few weeks back. They were able to basically match my old payment and give me more perks/features in a brand new car. They are easy to work/negotiate with. This was a great new car buying experience. Keishea went above and beyond to take care of me. Normally buying a car is a headache and I dread it but this dealership and everyone in it, including the porter above and beyond to take care of me. I have been taking my car to Midway Nissan for the past 4 years for all of my service needs. They are usually able to get me in the same day I call. They are always friendly. LISTEN to what you tell them & c years for all of my service needs. They are usually able to get me in the same day I call. They are always friendly. LISTEN to what you tell them & check out problems thoroughly. The work is excellent & is completed in a timely manner. The shuttle service is fast & efficient. Last year I had a faulty transmission that was replaced under warranty. Rather than have me drive the car until the parts came in, they gave me a free loaner for one month until the work was completed. They were concerned for my safety. They never try to oversell service, they offer different tiers & explain them in detail. I highly recommend Midway Nissan, they are great! More
