I have been taking my car to Midway Nissan for the past 4 years for all of my service needs. They are usually able to get me in the same day I call. They are always friendly. LISTEN to what you tell them & check out problems thoroughly. The work is excellent & is completed in a timely manner. The shuttle service is fast & efficient. Last year I had a faulty transmission that was replaced under warranty. Rather than have me drive the car until the parts came in, they gave me a free loaner for one month until the work was completed. They were concerned for my safety. They never try to oversell service, they offer different tiers & explain them in detail. I highly recommend Midway Nissan, they are great! More

From the moment we hit the lot, we were treated as VIP Customers and we are just ordinary people. We were met at our old vehicle by the salesman, Marco, and led inside where it was cooler (being AZ) and Customers and we are just ordinary people. He showed us a couple 2012 vehicles even though we were also interested in a Frontier truck. He then went to get some keys to test drive a vehicle and we waited a little bit wandering around lot on our own (was approached by other salesmen but we told them we working w/Marco). They left but another salesman approached carrying water for us and he knew we were working w/another but that thoughtfulness was great!). Then Marco appeared with a 2014 Versa for us to test drive and we enjoyed it and the price range was what we were looking for. Marco then took us inside where we negotiated a few times with him and he worked with us to make the deal happen to all our beneift. He then had the car processed (detailed), filled and cleaned up. We were at dealership approximately 3 hours but we never felt pushed aside, forgotten, or any way uncomfortable. It was a good experience and we will be recommending the dealership (which I have already done) and working w/them again when we ready to trade up. Marco's friendliness and good humor was a definite plus. We haven't had a better salesman in our life that wasn't arrogant or pushy so this was exceptional service. Patrick & Lee Bomar More
