I want to thank Mike & Daniel so much for fixing my baby, I can't believe the difference between the way my car drives,handles, sounds and feels after being serviced at Midway and the way it came out baby, I can't believe the difference between the way my car drives,handles, sounds and feels after being serviced at Midway and the way it came out of Coulter Nissan's shop, I had never taken my car anywhere but Coulter because I bought it at West Valley and until they moved to the 303 highway I never thought of going any where else. But in April 2013 when I took my car to Coulter on the 303, it was like to going to a totally different company. I trusted them to do what was needed but my car was never the same, life got in way of me going somewhere else or going back to Coulter.. When I began looking for some where else to take my car on the internet and the only one I felt I could trust was Mike at Midway. I will never go back to Coulter. My experience with this dealership has always been good but this time Martin Nydahl made a difference. I took my car in for a regular oil change and also asked to look into possible issue withe the AC. S but this time Martin Nydahl made a difference. I took my car in for a regular oil change and also asked to look into possible issue withe the AC. Sure enough, there were leaks and parts needed to be replaced. Martin contacted the warranty provider the same day, worked with them to get the repairs covered. Martin also made sure that I got a service car while mine was being worked. Everything got done and my car was good to go the following day. Martin is by far the best Service Advisor - polite, true to his word and most of all very helpful. More
From the moment I called into the service center, Marty was professional, friendly and extremely helpful. He worked with me on getting my car towed to the dealer, acquiring a rental car and then worked th was professional, friendly and extremely helpful. My last experience at another dealership was (to say the least) very disappointing. Marty renewed my faith in Nissan and the service I am accustomed to from a great company. My current car is a Nissan Altima (3rd one in a row). It would definitely be the front runner for my next car. More
Classic bait and switch company. I was quoted a price by the internet manager of $10,325 and when I finally got in touch with a sales associate the final pricing came to $16,905. Since I work in the medical field, which is customer service based I feel it's important to express postive when it is deserved. Midaway Nissan, definitly deserves cudos for their customer service. More importantly, I was treated with respect and at no point did I feel pressured. As a female, it can be intimidating to have any interaction when it comes to vehicles. This certainly was not the case with Mike Diaz, my sales rep and Jon Leckwart the Finance Manager. In fact, my credit is subpar and I was not treated as such! By far this was an excellent buying experience!! Our representative was exceptionally knowledgeable, understanding and helpful. You can tell Adrian is use to working with the public because he made se we were comfortable, whether it was simply bringing us water or coffee or making this was the correct vehicle for us. He didn't try to put us into something else, he was accommodating and made sure when we left his dealership, we were extremely happy. My wife and I smiled the complete drive home because after leaving, not once did we feel cheated. We are still talking about the fantastic experience we had. We know with high ticketed items, it could take a little bit of time but it was well worth it. This dealership has lots of vehicles to choose from, so I highly recommend stopping by for your next vehicle purchase, you'll be glad you did. More
I totaled my car a few weeks back. They were able to basically match my old payment and give me more perks/features in a brand new car. They are easy to work/negotiate with. This was a great new car buying experience. Keishea went above and beyond to take care of me. Normally buying a car is a headache and I dread it but this dealership and everyone in it, including the porter above and beyond to take care of me.
