Hello Josh, I'm sorry for the experience you had with us. Although you didn't visit with us in person, no matter how someone is in contact with us we want every customer to have a positive experience. I'm not sure what happened here and the miscommunication that occured but somehow you were speaking with the internet department and ended up with the retail department. Clearly there was some miscommunication with the two departments and I apologize. There is never any intent for the perception of there being a bait and switch. If there is ever an issue we always want an opportunity to try and make it right.
