I can always count on Marty at your service center to bend over backwards to take care of me. he is attentive and is always polite and courteous. he explains everything to me so I can understand it. My car has the extended warranty, so right now any work done doesn't cost me anything, or a minor amount. I also spoke with the Manager regarding late evening hours during the week, as it would be easier done doesn't cost me anything, or a minor amount. I am very satisfied with the work I had done on my 2006 Nissan Xterra. Tony took the time to investigate all of the problems I described to him and explain what was wrong and what needed repaired. The battery in my 2006 Nissan 350Z died. I called Midway Nissan and they were able to squeeze me in on a Saturday to replace my battery. I really appreciate Travis getting me in at the last minute.
