My experience at Midway Nissan was exceptional. I was a first time buyer traveling from Yuma, AZ. Russell Long was the staff member that worked with me. He took care of me by showing me different types o first time buyer traveling from Yuma, AZ. Russell Long was the staff member that worked with me. He took care of me by showing me different types of vehicles, test driving those that I was interested in, and working with me to find the right car that fit my budget. Everyone there was friendly and helpful during my entire visit offering me water and coffee to make sure I was comfortable. The whole time I was there, I felt like Russell and the staff were going to do anything possible to build a relationship with me and see that I drive off with a car meant for me. Being a first time buyer, I was impressed with the customer service I was receiving. I drove off the lot with a brand new car and I am loving it. Midway Nissan is a dealership I'd recommend to those I know in need of a great, quality car! More

Worst experience of my life. I spent hours at this place and was sent back and forth for more and more paperwork. After I was told that I was approved at the last minute I was told that I'd need an addition and was sent back and forth for more and more paperwork. After I was told that I was approved at the last minute I was told that I'd need an additional 3000 for my down payment. A huge waste of time. They just took advantage of me and had terrible customer service. I will never buy a car from this place. Ever. More

I walked into this dealership and was immediately approached by an awesome guy. Omar showed me the cars that I wanted to look at and took me to the back lot. I found a 2013 Rogue S (with AWD) that wa approached by an awesome guy. Omar showed me the cars that I wanted to look at and took me to the back lot. I found a 2013 Rogue S (with AWD) that was in the color that I wanted. I only walked in to just take a test drive and run some rough numbers, I ended getting the car because we were made for each other. I'm in love with my new vehicle and can not wait to show it off! As I entered Midway Nissan I was nervous due to a prior negative experience with a dealership. I saw Trs sitting at a desk closest to the door. He greeted me with a big smile and asked if he could help me and he did. I told him what car I was interested in purchasing and what I would pay out the door. He met all my needs in a very timely manner. I was totally impressed with him and Midway. Juan took care of finding the plan best for me and I was soon out the door in my new JUKE. I have received emails and calls after my purchase to insure that everything was positive. I am positive that when I am ready for a new car, I will be a repeat customer. More

The entire sales process was very smooth. Chris from the very beginning was very friendly, helpful, and was more than a friend than a salesperson. There was no negotation or haggling, I outlined my terms and Chris worked very hard to achieve it. I got a smoking deal on my 2014 Nissan Altima. As soon as I walked into the financing department, I received the same level of great customer experience. The representative took the time to explain to me all my options to cover the vehicle such as MPP, GAP, etc. All needs and questions were thoroughly covered without any hesitation. Would definitely recommend Midway Nissan to anyone. More

I brought my car in for a replacement mirror assembly. I had the old mirror still intact inside my car so I could keep it as a spare, and I told Mike Rios this both on the phone and in person. Yet after I g had the old mirror still intact inside my car so I could keep it as a spare, and I told Mike Rios this both on the phone and in person. Yet after I got my car back, the mirror was gone. Mike had stolen it to resell to another customer! Would not recommend anyone else going to this chop shop without bolting down everything in their car first. More
