It is never our intent for someone to have a poor experience, unfortunately things don't always go as smoothly as we would like and that’s in any business. We never want anything to change on a customer, we aren't in the business for that to happen and we want to give all our customers the best deal and service possible. However the bank was requiring more money down for the loan than what we had originally thought, if we could have kept it the same we would have but the banks have the final say on what they will loan someone and approve them for.
