I am sorry for your experience and do apologize. We appreciate your feedback as we can always improve and better train our employees. We understand as with most companies we aren't perfect and things don't always go as smoothly as we would like. I'm sure Emily had no intention of lieing to you but simply stating what financing may be available as option. Nissan does set the pricing guidlines and what rebates someone will or won't qaulify for. So it's with the spirit in mind that someone may qaulify with the online prices and also to be competitive with other dealers. Customer service is something we pride ourselves on but again we know we can always improve and good or bad feedback we want to know. We also are the type of business that if there is an issue we always want the opportunity to try and fix it and make it right.
