A couple hours before our trip to California my truck was making a weird thunk sound when I accelerated. Their name should be; Midway "Best Customer Service in Arizona Nissan! Not only do they pinpoint, communicate, and fix what is wrong with your vehicle but help in any way possible! Mike Rios is the ult in Arizona Nissan! Not only do they pinpoint, communicate, and fix what is wrong with your vehicle but help in any way possible! Mike Rios is the ultimate in service reps! My first inkling of this was last year. Mike noticed my driver's license was expired and arranged for a ride to and from DMV. Today, he noticed a problem with my insurance and arranged thru phone calls & faxes to remedy the problem. Now, get this; I mentioned I missed his phone call because my?smartphone didn't ring. Mike changed the settings for me to enable aloud ring. I say that is above and beyond the average customer service purvey! Most people don't have the "Old Wrinklie" syndrome like a 67 yr old like me...But everyone should utilize the talents of the staff at Midway Nissan! More

Chris was AWESOME!!! I called last minute to get my car serviced before my daughter took my car to San Diego. He got me in the next day at the time I needed and acted as if it was not even a problem. Upon purchasing my truck from Jenna, a 2014 Frontier, the check engine light was on... Jenna had me contact Andy in service, so we could schedule a time to get it in. This check engine light was rather problematic, several things were done to try and repair it, including contacting Nissan to get guidance. During the whole time the truck was there, Andy would contact me at the beginning and end of the day to let me know what was going on. Even the sales person who sold me the truck (Jenna) got on touch with me to see how things were going... If you ask me, that's what I call service More

OK, hopefully this will be the last post for my 03 Xterra. Again, it had trouble starting, called Martin and he said to bring it in. This time is was the wiring and ignition switch that was causing th Xterra. Again, it had trouble starting, called Martin and he said to bring it in. This time is was the wiring and ignition switch that was causing the problem. It had nothing to do with earlier problems other then the lousy service place I had it originally towed to. Again, Martin had to get the parts that was diagnosed by Tony (the mechanic). He loaned a car and off I went. It was back a few days later (as was projected) and I picked it up today. Hopefully that will be the last of any problems for this great old 03 Xterra. I hope to have it for many years to come. Martin and Tony have done a wonderful job fixing the truck that was almost ruined by a local car repair shop. Live and learn from this out of town guy. Marty was great. He turned a somewhat negative experience into something positive. My car was completed more quickly than expected. Unfortunately, I experienced damage to the rental car, not of my own making into something positive. My car was completed more quickly than expected. Unfortunately, I experienced damage to the rental car, not of my own making. I would not have had to leave my car overnight had it been properly serviced when I purchased it. I now may have an increase in my insurance premiums because of the vandalism to the rental vehicle. Fortunately, Marty was able to get the dealer to waive my deductible for the repair to the rental. Thus, he has done an excellent job of service recovery. He is an asset to the Midway Nissan. More
