When I arrived I was just looking not really ready to purchase. Kim was my sales representative. She was patient, knowledgeable and listened to all of my needs throughout the entire experience. I liked a couple of the cars but was unable to pay the sticker price. Kim and Tray worked with me and we came to an awesome deal. (Never did I feel pressure.) I appreciate the opportunity to drive the car to my home for my husband to see and hopefully approve. With a firm out the door price. Nissan won me over I have always been a Toyota gal though I saw a used car on the Nissan website and thought I would take a look. I met with Daniel Luevano and I was n I have always been a Toyota gal though I saw a used car on the Nissan website and thought I would take a look. I met with Daniel Luevano and I was not an easy client. I had it in my head to buy a used car and by the end of the day I had a new car. I was very impressed with the customer service and the team that worked together to win me over. Daniel said he wanted a chance to win over my business and that he did. When I pulled up to the dealership I was welcomed by a very nice team member; from there I was introduced to Daniel. Daniel had me meet Chris Johnson who also was very helpful. There were a couple of other team members who helped me while I was completing the paper work. I picked up the car the next day and when I pulled up another team member said, Hi! Your Misty? I said yes! How did you know and she said I am one of Daniels team members and remember you from yesterday. Daniel was great as was the entire team. Everyone from Daniel to the financial department seems to take pride in what they do and this location seems like one big happy family. Very Happy with Midway Nissan After looking at the online deals from other dealers, I went to them to buy a new car. But for my disappointment they could not offer me the same deal After looking at the online deals from other dealers, I went to them to buy a new car. But for my disappointment they could not offer me the same deal what they advertised on the website (I am not eligible for all the discounts). I happened to see a pre-owned car on Midway nissan website and went there to enquire about that car, by chance I got to talk to 'Ed Brown' and he offered me a good deal on a new car that I wanted to buy which no other dealers have offered me. Within two days, I bought the car (Nissan Altima 2.5s) and I am happy with it :). My 2014 Nissan Frontier After 14 years and 139K miles, my wife and I thought it was time to trade in our 2000 Nissan Frontier Crew Cab for a 2014 model. We decided to use th After 14 years and 139K miles, my wife and I thought it was time to trade in our 2000 Nissan Frontier Crew Cab for a 2014 model. We decided to use the USAA car buying program which Midway responded to our inquiry almost immediately. The next day we came down to Midway with our kids after they got off school and was set up with Scott Sullivan and Echo Smith. Scott was straight forward with us and he told us he would do everything he could to get everything we wanted. As much as I wanted a fully upgraded SV, he had me test drive a lower end SV because he did not want bring down our hopes if the upgraded SV was out of our price range, which we really appreciated. In the end Scott delivered on his promise and he was able to get us in the SV Crew Cab with the tow package, spray-in bedliner and track utility system. All within our budget. During the entire time Scott was working with my wife and I, Echo entertained our two children (ages 8 & 5) which helped us out immensely. The truck is amazing and has everything I could ever want. I really see myself driving it for another 14-15 years like my first Frontier. Scott, Echo and Midway Nissan will definitely have our business for years to come. For a guy from Jersey who has the unfortunate luck of being a Phillies and Eagles fan, Scott is a great salesman who has the customers interest in mind. More
