Great people Emily was the point person. She was great & personable. Kyle Eason was great in getting our new car ready Since we were there for 8 hours. They stuck Emily was the point person. I got a voicemail from Matt saying they could work with me and had a vehicle they wanted me to see . I called and spoke to a sales manager and said he would have Matt call back hours went by and nothing . me and had a vehicle they wanted me to see . I called and spoke to a sales manager and said he would have Matt call back hours went by and nothing . I called back and still unable to talk to Matt talked to same sales manager and he said well I’m not sure why he called but it’s end of the month and they are busy . While I understand how end of the month can be for businesses that was still no way to handle a potential customer. I have never received such poor customer service More
