I recently purchased a CPO 2018 Altima SR from Midway Nissan about 2 weeks ago. Yesterday (9/27/20) the SRS light came on and remained on. In light of being a safety concern for my family, I took the c Nissan about 2 weeks ago. Yesterday (9/27/20) the SRS light came on and remained on. In light of being a safety concern for my family, I took the car in this morning (9/27/20) WITHOUT an appointment or any prior notification at all. As I pulled into the service drive, I located Kyle Hammontree, my service advisor and briefly explained the issue. Kyle was just finishing up with a customer and promptly located me waiting in the service "breezeway". He explained, in a professional manner, what was going to take place over the course of the day, and the means/methods that were going to be used in the repair. Not only that, but he arranged for a Lyft to get me to work.......All in a matter of minutes!! I was at my place of business in about 30 minutes from the time I pulled into the service "breezeway". Time tends to become a commodity for many of us as we get older. This was an impressive experience, and I felt it incumbent upon myself to write a quick review before getting to my daily tasks at work. Thank You Kyle H!! Much appreciated! This place is full of frauds and crooks! Let me explain. I purchased a vehicle on August 1st. I traded in a vehicle and put down $8,500 to make sure I didn't have any negative equity on the new vehicle. Two I purchased a vehicle on August 1st. I traded in a vehicle and put down $8,500 to make sure I didn't have any negative equity on the new vehicle. Two weeks passed and my trade-in hadn't been paid off (usually your trade is paid off within 10 days), so I inquired what was going on. Never heard back from my sales person, Kristal, or the finance guy, Hector. Another week passes and still my trade hasn't been paid off and no one is responding to my emails or returning my calls. Long story short, they had a hard time getting the deal financed (I'm the signer on my mom's and two brother's vehicles). At this point I figured I would take back my trade and give them back their vehicle, which they would not accept. Instead, the finance director told me I was being irrational and unreasonable. Fast forward. It's almost mid September and still nothing. They finally push the loan through Nissan Finance. You would assume this is a good thing. However, they never informed me that the vehicle finally got finance. That by itself is not a big deal. Eventually loan documents will arrive at my house. Here's the problem. Nissan Finance goes off the original date of contract to determine due date. Because it wasn't financed until 6+ weeks after the contract (Aug 1st), I started off with my account past due. How in the world does this even happen? The vehicle has only been financed for two weeks and yet I'm in collections with Nissan Finance due to the August 1st contract date. Keep in mind, my trade-in vehicle still has not been paid off so I've been making the monthly payments on that as well. I contacted Nissan Finance to get this resolved. They stated that someone from the dealership has to call them and get it fixed. To make a longer story shorter, I contacted the dealership (spoke with a number of people) and no one has been willing to help. I have finally submitted a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. If this is what they're willing to do to a disabled veteran who faithfully served this country, I can't imagine what they're willing to do others. As mentioned, this place is full of frauds and crooks. More

Agreed on a price and then went to financing and the price was $3500 MORE than what was agreed upon. I have emailed the sales team 5 times and Financing Department 3 times with one call back (and no vo price was $3500 MORE than what was agreed upon. I have emailed the sales team 5 times and Financing Department 3 times with one call back (and no voicemail). Vehicle was not detailed properly when I got it, but it took over 4 hours from when I walked in (with "deal" ready to go) until I left. I'm not sure how it takes so long with 2-3 people in Finance and already being pre-approved. Oh wait...it was changing the price by $3500! More

Great people Emily was the point person. She was great & personable. Kyle Eason was great in getting our new car ready Since we were there for 8 hours. They stuck Emily was the point person.
