I drove 5 hours, all the way from Las Vegas to Pheonix, just to get my car there. I made the drive because they beat the best price for any Las Vegas dealership by more than $3,500!!. When I encountered a time constraint, despite being a very busy dealership, they did their utmost to get our transaction done quickly. Even weeks after actually buying the car, I encountered a few things I needed help with and again, Jesse worked hard to help me resolve the issues. When it comes time for me to get my next car, I know I'll be going to Midway Nissan in Pheonix and I'll be asking for Jesse. More

After I said I need to go see another dealer for another car they don't have, they start cussing and cursing with their toilet mouth all the F words. Very unprofessional. Great buying experience! I never planned on purchasing a new car when I brought my vehicle in for service. Lounden in sales made every bit of sense about trading in my 2012 Versa to purchase a 2017 Sentra. Eric in Finance was able to get me out of my high interest loan to a 3.75 rate! I love Midwa Nissan! Unethical sales practices If I could give the SALES DEPARTMENT a '0' STAR RATING, I certainly would. Let me explain. I found a pre-owned Nissan NV200 van thru the autotrader. If I could give the SALES DEPARTMENT a '0' STAR RATING, I certainly would. Let me explain. I found a pre-owned Nissan NV200 van thru the autotrader.com and emailed an inquiry to Midway Nissan. Received a prompt response from JR Steffes, one of their sales managers, who confirmed that the van is available and that the E-Price is $14,191. We stopped by the dealership, test drove the van, and, after looking at another comparable van, decided to come back and purchase the NV from the Midway Nissan. When we came back and sat down to make the deal, our salesperson Scott Sullivan, mentioned that there is an additional ~$1800 in 'fees' applicable to a pre-owned vehicle. Keep in mind that this was in ADDITION TO the finance doc fee, the sales tax, registration/title fee, and the nonsensical $400 paint coating... CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH. But wait, it gets a whole lot "better". I politely referred back to the E-Price that JR provided IN WRITING, where there was absolutely no mention of the additional $1.8K fee and asked to see him and explain what's going on. To make a long story short, JR stopped by our desk and said that the best they could do is sell us the van for the E-Price he quoted via email $14,191 plus the paint coating, tax, title/license fee for a $16.5K out the door. This deal was contingent on us financing $7500. After a bit of a back and forth, we agreed on this and shook hands. We signed the papers, called our insurance, added the van, and were getting ready to wrap up the loan portion with the Finance. AT THIS POINT, Scott came up and said that the General Sales Manager, Edward Brown, 'got a wind' of this deal and is refusing to honor it since, as we were told, 'they were losing too much money on it'. After spending close to 3 hours at the dealership, agreeing on the price and signing the paperwork, you can understand that this turn of events was 'shocking', to put it mildly. EVEN IF THE MISTAKE WAS MADE IN PRICING ON THEIR END, INSTEAD OF 'OWNING' IT AND UPHOLDING THEIR END OF THE DEAL, THEY BAILED. I bought a number of cars over the years with various car makers/dealerships and had all sorts of 'surprises' thrown my way when working the deals but NEVER IMAGINED THAT SOMETHING LIKE THIS COULD HAPPEN. Luckily, we have the paperwork and I am planning to take this up with the Nissan Motor Customer Relations as far up the chain as it is going to go. IF I WERE TREATING MY CLIENTS LIKE THIS, I WOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS A LONG TIME AGO... THIS TYPE OF BUSINESS PRACTICE CANNOT AND SHOULD NOT BE TOLERATED. More

I was not greeted in an intruding nor uncomfortable way. I think the biggest reason I had such a positive experience was due to Jesse, my salesperson. Although I had him running around trying to get the right fit for my situation, he took the challenge with pride. He instantly built a rapport with me and my father, and was dedicated to overcome every objection that I threw at him. His patience and endless effort with trying to please me that day was beyond my expectations. The entire team worked together and at the end of the day, I walked out smiling. I would recommend Midway Nissan to any of my friends and colleagues, and would certainly tell them to ask for Jesse! More
