Deceptive and Underhanded On March 9, 2018 I was looking to replace a vehicle that was totaled. Salesman Tommy was AWESOME!!! Tommy had my best interest at heart. Sales Manage On March 9, 2018 I was looking to replace a vehicle that was totaled. Salesman Tommy was AWESOME!!! Tommy had my best interest at heart. Sales Manager Jose lied to me and yelled at me that I was lying. When I saw the sales contract, I refused to sign it and asked numerous times for my down payment check back, Driver's License and License plate back. They continually tried to get me to sign a deal I didn't agree to and would not give my check back. I took my Driver's License and my License plate after Jose called me a liar because I wouldn't accept a higher price, pre payment clause, a 26.99% interest rate and first payment due in 45 days instead of the 90 days I had agreed to. I was locked in the Finance Director/Manager's office after I refused to sign something I had not agreed to. They never gave my down payment check back so I had to immediately put a stop payment on the check. They even offered me money to sign a deal I did not agree to. I got my License and License Plate back. but they deposited my $4500.00 check on March 12, 2018 after telling me I could Pick up the check on March 10. Then on March 10 I was told I could pick up my check on March 12. After calling them several times to find out when I could go get my check on March 12, Finance Manager Rita told me I couldn't get it back, they had deposited my check. Glad I did the Stop Payment on Friday. Sales Manager and Finance Managers do not operate in good faith. They will take your Money and Keep the cars. DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND BORDERLINE ON CRIMINAL IN THEIR PRACTICES. If I could, I would give them -10 stars for how I was treated. More

Matthew and Haley turned a bad experience into a great one! I am a 2 time Leaf owner and have been waiting 1 year for the new 2018 Leaf. I knew this was the car I wanted and was willing to wait for it. My pref I am a 2 time Leaf owner and have been waiting 1 year for the new 2018 Leaf. I knew this was the car I wanted and was willing to wait for it. My preferred dealer I used previously got the Red SL I wanted and went into the dealer to get the deal done but they refused to offer any good deals or discounts for a loyal repeat customer. Then they pressured me to buy instead of lease and said if you do do the deal tonight we have others willing to purchase this car. So I said go ahead and sell it and left disappointed that my year long wait ended so badly. Then I found Matthew and Haley at Midway Nissan who worked with me and provided all the discounts that I was entitled to. They told me they were getting a Blue SL w/Grey leather coming in but no Red, I looked at the Blue color on another Nissan and said that is a great color so let's deal. I got a great deal that Matthew worked out for me and I picked up my Car on Friday 3/2/18. I love this car and I love Midway Nissan for full-filling my dream of getting the new 2018 Leaf. Midway is now my preferred dealer. More
