No honesty here. Went in to purchase a car listed on their website for $14,488. Was told this was the "financing price" and I HAD to finance the purchase, would NOT b Went in to purchase a car listed on their website for $14,488. After some 3 hours of haggling with five personnel, each of them pressing me to sign up for extended warranty, and financing it occurred to me to get up and walk out. Really should have done so. Ended up being brow beaten into paying over $18,000 for the car. By this time I was exhausted and close to tears. Then I learned that the $500 incentive for bringing in another purchaser to be paid to my daughter, was actually ADDED TO MY FINAL PURCHASE! Total time trapped in this xxxx was 5.5 hours! I can only hope the car proves to be better than this dealership. More

I understand our credit is lacking and told the sales manager Ike I do not want to take this truck home if I have to bring it back. I ask Ike what makes you thing you can get a bank to take this deal. I have reviewed your credit and I can get a bank to take this, take the truck home and I will probably get a better interest rate then you signed for. So gave it to my wife, only 2 weeks later to have to return it. Imagine how that went! When Ike called me he said he's going to need a little more down. 11,000 "Just a little bit" I ask Ike or the dealer if this is just a little bit can you the dealer just discount the truck a little bit more so the bank would take the deal! Deceptive and Underhanded On March 9, 2018 I was looking to replace a vehicle that was totaled. Salesman Tommy was AWESOME!!! Tommy had my best interest at heart. Sales Manage On March 9, 2018 I was looking to replace a vehicle that was totaled. Salesman Tommy was AWESOME!!! Tommy had my best interest at heart. Sales Manager Jose lied to me and yelled at me that I was lying. When I saw the sales contract, I refused to sign it and asked numerous times for my down payment check back, Driver's License and License plate back. They continually tried to get me to sign a deal I didn't agree to and would not give my check back. I took my Driver's License and my License plate after Jose called me a liar because I wouldn't accept a higher price, pre payment clause, a 26.99% interest rate and first payment due in 45 days instead of the 90 days I had agreed to. I was locked in the Finance Director/Manager's office after I refused to sign something I had not agreed to. They never gave my down payment check back so I had to immediately put a stop payment on the check. They even offered me money to sign a deal I did not agree to. I got my License and License Plate back. but they deposited my $4500.00 check on March 12, 2018 after telling me I could Pick up the check on March 10. Then on March 10 I was told I could pick up my check on March 12. After calling them several times to find out when I could go get my check on March 12, Finance Manager Rita told me I couldn't get it back, they had deposited my check. Glad I did the Stop Payment on Friday. Sales Manager and Finance Managers do not operate in good faith. They will take your Money and Keep the cars. DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND BORDERLINE ON CRIMINAL IN THEIR PRACTICES. If I could, I would give them -10 stars for how I was treated. More
