Good experience Sales person Dan Festa was great. I was purchasing my daughter her first car so it was very important it be a good car. The service manager Andy followed thru with getting approval on replacing all 4 tires especially since this was my 17 year olds car and I wanted her to be safe. Thank you to Darren Chandler for approving this. I have been in sales and customer service industry for over 30 years and this is a great example of making the customer feel appreciated. More

Brake sensor for starting car My wife's car was occasionally not starting, and acted like the battery was dead. This occurred intermittently for a few days until I had the chance My wife's car was occasionally not starting, and acted like the battery was dead. This occurred intermittently for a few days until I had the chance to take it to Midway Nissan (which is where we purchased the car new in 2007). Although I had no appointment, the service man, Danny Almond, listened to my problem, understood why I didn't want to turn the car off while talking to him, and wrote up the work order. He then ordered a complimentary UBER to come and take me from the dealership to my home 4 miles away so I didn't have to spend the day in the waiting room. When the car was done later, he explained it was a sensor on the brake pedal that was malfunctioning after this 11 years and 144,000 miles of driving, and the car computer didn't know a foot was on the brake so it wouldn't start the car without playing with the pedal several times. The price was good and the service excellent! More

CONSTANT LIES AND THE RUNAROUND If I could give ZERO stars I would! I was supposed to get $3K cash back for the car I traded in and it’s now 2 weeks later and I STILL don’t have my m If I could give ZERO stars I would! I was PROMISED they would cut the check yesterday, then yesterday they apologized and PROMISED it would be today. Well today I received nothing but ANOTHER apology and PROMISED it would be tomorrow. This whole buying experience has been a nightmare! They don’t care about your needs AT ALL! I am a single mother with 3 small children who is currently struggling and NEEDING that money and they just flat out DONT CARE! Take your business elsewhere unless you want your deal to drag out for weeks and be given the runaround and lied to constantly! More

I drive extra miles to go to this dealer. I purchased my Nissan from a dealer close to our home on Bell Road. I have never been satisfied with the service we get from this dealer. There prices I purchased my Nissan from a dealer close to our home on Bell Road. I have never been satisfied with the service we get from this dealer. There prices are higher than other dealers and they never offer us a way to save money on service issues. On my last visit to the bad dealer they tried to “sell” us on $800.00 in service. The car has 30,000 miles on it! With that said, while we did purchase from this dealer – we will drive extra miles to Midway Nissan for their excellent service. Tim Roberts is an excellent Service Manager and on the first visit to Midway made me feel welcome and provided excellent service that – in my opinion – was reasonably priced. More
