Then one Night we got the call and bought the Nissan Sentra through Michael Johnson. He was soo good and friendly really very nice person. Because of Michael Johnson and Joe i will recommend my friends to this dealership. Offcourse i have some minor problems with my purchase, i think i have to deal with someone for that purpose. So i dont have comments on this till i deal with them. More
We had a great experience at Midway Nissan. We needed a new car to replace one that was totaled. We ended up buying a brand new Nissan Altima. I can't say enough about Anthony and Rob at Midway Nissan. I bought an Altima a few years ago at a competing dealership with Anthony and when I found him at Midway I knew he would go above and beyond Nissan. He is always been polite and concerned about what I am looking for and what price range I needed. He takes the time to get to know you and your family and that makes a big difference in my book! Rob was determined to find just the right vehicle even if he had to jaywalk across the street and call everyone he knew! In the end, we found a vehicle that hadn't been prepped for viewing/sale yet but Rob and Anthony were gracious enough to show the vehicle, get the facts and negotiate a fair deal. And when Pat, the GM, came out to greet me and ask how my car buying experience was going, I knew I was making the right choice. It wasn't just about the numbers for these guys..they truly want your business and are willing to back it up with a gentleman's handshake and confirmation of service. I was shopping around for a new Toyota Tacoma 4x4 or Nissan Frontier 4x4. I finally ended up at MIDWAY NISSAN who offered the best product at the best price. My salesperson was Paolo Castro who is ver Nissan Frontier 4x4. I finally ended up at MIDWAY NISSAN who offered the best product at the best price. My salesperson was Paolo Castro who is very knowledgable, happy to help and not too pushy. After several phone conversations with Paolo Castro and Jeff Tallman and two visits to the dealership, Paolo and Jeff were able to put together a deal that I felt comfortable with on a 2010 Frontier 4x4 crewcab. This is the 3rd. Nissan I have purchased from Midway Nissan and I would recommend anyone looking for a Nissan to visit or call Paolo Castro. My past experiences with Midways service department have also been excellent. More
I did not want to feel as though I was rushed into doing business. That didn't happen. I didn't want to have a car pushed on me. That didn't happen. I didn't want to be ignored when I said what I wanted to business. That didn't happen. I didn't want to have a car pushed on me. That didn't happen. I didn't want to be ignored when I said what I wanted to have as a payment. I wasn't. I didn't want somebody telling me I had to make a deal on the spot. That didn't happen. Midway Nissan made me feel that I was dealing with them on a level playing field, where there were no absurd numbers that weren't even close to my goal, no multiple "visits" to the managers office, and no pressure to accept a one-time deal. These guys listened, were straight-forward, absolutely willing to deal, and motivated to sell cars. I left with a new car I was very happy with and a continual urge to say wow. When I look to replace my Chrysler in a couple of years, Midway is my very first stop. I'm sure I'll be saying wow all over again. More
As a loyal Toyota buyer for the last eight vehicles, I was a little reluctant to purchase any other make of vehicle. I had very specific needs, requirements and expectations going into my inquiry. Michael my salesman was very knowledgable, attentive and patient during my process of looking at the possibility of an Armada, and made me feel very comfortable about its ratings, safety and features. He was willing to stay late to work out a sale and took as much time as I needed throughout the process. His focus was on making sure I was comfortable, informed and ultimately confident in what was such a big decision for me. He actually made the entire experience effortless and fun. I've never had any other salesman do as much follow up as he did, either. It was refreshing to know that my contentment of the sale did not just stop after I drove the car off of the lot. I feel that I have found a new "family" in Midway Nissan. And I LOVE my Armada!!! More

I first started looking for Jeff Tellman whom I was referred to, but Paolo let me know that he and Jeff would work to gether to get me the vehicle I was looking for at the price I needed to seal the deal as they say. The paperwork was easy, clear and to the point with no bull thrown my way. They were all straight forward and honest about all the questions and answers I needed and had. They worked with me/us til we were able to succeed in getting the percentage rate and the payments I was looking for. they didn't know the word "no", which being in the restaurant biz personally is something that you try not to say but sometimes has no options other than. They were working as quick as they could without leaving out any details so I knew then that the referral I got was not a fluke. Everything was quick, easy and painless. I am no genius and these guys explained everything to where I could understand what the hell was going on. I would send my best family member to these guys in a heart beat and I think you should give em a try as well..... More
Wow! What an experience. I am an outside sales person so I change cars every three years due to mileage. I have never had a great and enjoyable car buying experience. Once I decided I explained I didn't want to be there all day and in a few hours I was ready to drive away in my new Rouge. This dealer ship from start in finish was top notch service. They have brought back the "Customer Service" we all should expect from all dealerships. Joe gave me a tour of their facility so if I ever needed service during or after hours I know the process. Many dealer ships have great facilities but if you don't show your clients how the facilites will work for them,what good are they. Joe took the time to explain every option on my car and how it worked. Their Customer Service Manager came over to check my car prior to me driving away. He pointed out a door liner that should have been installed and wasn't. Who does that! Nissan Midway, that's who. She then proceed to offer options that met my needs. She was professional, courteous and straightforward. She was up-front with the pricing as well as what she could and could not do. She did not try to twist words to make us buy from her. I Despise car buying but Stephanie made it an enjoyable experience and we were not there all night long. I highly recommend her to anyone who is in the market to buy a used or new car. My sister just went to her and bought a brand new Nissan and my other sister will be going to her when she is ready to purchase. Stephanie is truly an asset to your company! More
Everything went smooth with the purchase of my new Altima Coupe, except for the fact that it took a few weeks to get the car I wanted. But this was not Midway's fault as the Coupe is much harder to find than Coupe, except for the fact that it took a few weeks to get the car I wanted. But this was not Midway's fault as the Coupe is much harder to find than the sedan. Stehpanie provided me with all the information I needed before making a deal. Unlike some dealerships that basically bs there way to a deal and give no important information such as the cap cost or money factor (particularly Pinnacle Nissan). She spent a lot of time answering my emails and I appreciate that, because I know that dealers do not want to waste a lot of time on customers unless they know forsure they will make a deal. No regrets going with Midway and I would recommend them to anyone. More
