in May 2010 I walked into the Midway Nissan dealership a little apprehensive since two years earlier I had purchased a car from a dealership in Avondale that ended like a nightmare. My first contact was with Patrick Fairley, he listenedd to what my needs were and what I could afford. He was respectful and patient - he needed a lot of that as I was so worried to have this turn into something that I would look back later and regret. When I called him he returned my calls and kept me calm when I would become anxious. Patrick was just a nice, genuine man. Thanks Patrick. My second contact wass Paul Mossbrucker. He too, was a good listener - he designed a plan to fit both my needs and my income. Paul explained, then explained and explained AGAIN until I understood. He was kind and patient and like Parick, respectful. I am sure before my first payment is due I will be on the phone to him again to assist me in setting up the bi-weekly payments that I requested be taken out of my paycheck. Whatever I needed, they were there. I am glad to say that this has been the most pleasent experience I have EVER had in purchasing a car (I have bought and paid for 3 other Nissan's and two jeeps). I recently purchased a 2010 Nissan Altima from Midway Nissan. First and foremost my sales person Christopher Robinson was so courteous to my needs and wants. We are writing this review because Rob, Antheny and the Midway team exceeded our expectations by doing everything possible to get us an amazing deal on an Altima with all the features we wanted. They took the time to find the car in the color we wanted and even brought it from a different location so we could see it. Rob showed exceptional character by patiently explaining the details in the paperwork without being degrading or pushing the sale. I went into Midway Nissan for the first time back on the morning of Superbowl Sunday just to look at a new 370z roadster. Joe helped me that morning and although I made it clear that I didn't intend to buy morning of Superbowl Sunday just to look at a new 370z roadster. Joe helped me that morning and although I made it clear that I didn't intend to buy a car for several months Joe was very helpful and friendly. There was no pressure at all from him to buy a car right away or any sooner than I planned. A couple weeks ago my circumstances changed a bit and I decided to consider buying a new car sooner. Although I really liked the 370z I also liked another car I was looking at and the car I already owned, so I had some trouble making up my mind. To put it bluntly I was a pain in the neck, coming in to look at the car every day or two for over a week and then finally deciding I wanted a different color that they had to get from another dealer across town. Joe, and his manager Josh, remained friendly and helpful through the entire time. I ended up getting an extremely good deal on the new 370z and was very happy with the the way I was treated through the entire process. I'm looking forward to stopping by to say hello to Joe and Josh when I bring the car in for service and that will be a first for me. More

Anthony Barbella is who ALL car salesmen should aspire to emmulate. He made the entire car shopping experience very pleasureable...I know that's hard to believe but from the minute we pulled into the lot, he emmulate. The rest of the sales and finance staff were also no pressure type guys. I feel I got a very fair deal and will send anyone I know that is looking for a new or used car to Midway Nissan! More
I recently purchased a new 370Z from Midway Nissan. I worked with Darrin Chandler, Rob Murray, and Christopher Robinson. We dealt with Rob on the final sales numbers and were able to get the price we wanted with very little hassle I've often encountered elsewhere. We dealt with 2 other valley Nissan dealers as well, which wanted to play more offer/counter offer/ let me get my manager / and the manager of managers games... ugh)...we got straight to the point in about 2 min with Rob with no games or the usual I got elsewhere. At another valley Nissan dealer (I will leave unnamed) I had to deal with three layers of sales management to get someone who could make a decision, and that individual actually identified himself as the 'boss of bosses' (direct quote - I was waiting for him to 'introduce me to his little friend...' but I left instead after being there for 45 min and getting nowhere). I liked dealing with Rob and would recommend him. Look up cost and MSRP on the web, know your options, and show up ready to close and it will be a 5 min discussion at Midway. After the sale I worked with Darrin, as there were some accessories which were ordered that Darrin followed up with me on. Nissan (corp) did a few funny things I have to comment on, but Darrin also made up them. For example, a standard 370 actually does not come with a spare tire, although there is a space for one under the trunk. By default, they come with a 'tire inflation kit'. We opted to get the real spare when we bought the car. About a week later when the spare came in and we picked it up (note we don't live near Midway, so this was a 30+ min drive each direction to get there in traffic)we found out what Nissan gives you is exactly the spare tire and wheel. No jack, none of the pieces to hold the spare under the trunk, no tools to change the tire, etc. This is where Darrin and Midway come in and make up for a silly Nissan corp. Knowing it was a pain for us to come back, he asked us to wait a few minutes and he immediately scavenged 'the rest' of the spare tire kit (special bolt to hold it down, jack, jack handle, matching lug nut wrench, misc parts) on the spot so we didn't have to re-order them and return. He'll have to order replacements for where ever he got the parts from, but point is he will handle that behind the scenes and I don't have to deal with it, which I liked (was initially irritated the Nissan spare tire kit was literally the tire and wheel only). Thanks Darrin. Overall I'd recommend Darrin, Chris and Rob. Chris helped me choose what I wanted, I pulled prices off of the web, made an offer, and Rob closed it very easily/quickly. Darrin treated us like we were still his "highest priority pre-purchase customer" even after the sale and I'd buy another vehicle from Midway without any hesitation. More
Overall, the purchasing experience with Midway Nissan was great. We worked with Joe Ng and he was very knowledgeable, thorough, patient, respectful and just a really nice gentleman to work with. Service was very fast, got the job done early and were not trying to constantly sell me useless parts. Highly Recommend, Best Dealership ever!!
