Stephanie was so great---after I bought my used Nissan from her my sister bought a new Nissan from her because we liked her so much. Some of the information given was a little misleading. They did not cover all the cost in the way it was conveyed and all the equipment was not serviceable. For instance title and registration was covered by the dealership. It turned out to be the temporary registration which was good for 2 and a half months. I went down to the Arizona Motor Vehicle Division (MVD)and found out that there was a temporary registration out on the vehicle after which I had to go back to the dealership to obtain. It also took the service department a whole week to replace a part and get the truck to us, each day we were told the truck would be ready the next day. We were told the truck had remote starting. This turned out to be an after market system that did not work and was not serviceable by the dealership. More
I recently purchased a beautiful Nissan Altima 2.5SL from Midway Nissan, and I'm delighted with my new car! Midway has had some customer service challenges in the past, but it seemed obvious to me that they are working hard to overcome those issues with new staffing and new approaches to working with customers. I visited the dealership and drove cars twice before going back a third time to make the deal, and all three visits were positive and productive. Alan Deitschman, the Sales Consultant, and Josh Hill, the Assistant Sales Manager, were both professional, engaging, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend both of them and would encourage prospective buyers to call the dealership before visiting to make an appointment with Alan. (They work on the same team, so when you work with Alan, you also work with Josh.) The actual "delivery" process of the car - from making sure everything was perfect to introducing me to the service representative to reviewing the manuals to handing over the keys - was the most professional and comprehensive I've ever experienced in a dealership anywhere. I drove off the lot feeling like I'd made a very fair deal on a great car and been treated with professionalism and respect in the process. As car buying goes, it doesn't get any better than that! Michael stayed with us through multiple changes in our minds as to what we really did want. He searched inventories in other dealerships only to have my wife and I change some detail on him! Never did he lose sight of what we were trying to buy. He put us back on track when we would over look a detail in the specs of the new choice and really helped us stay focused. This is dealer is pretty good to deal with as far as dealers go. They seem to get the job done. Not really to much to say about them. Stephanie, Michael and Josh were WONDERFUL to work with! Buying a car can be a very daunting task but they made it as easy and as fair as possible. 2 days after buying my new car, I had a Sesame Seed Oil Buying a car can be a very daunting task but they made it as easy and as fair as possible. 2 days after buying my new car, I had a Sesame Seed Oil accident in the backseat, and after telling Stephanie the horrible (and yet hilarious) story, she told me to bring the car in and had the detail guys get the oil out of the carpet for me. Stephanie and Michael didn't miss a beat, and took GREAT care of me! Even AFTER the sale was complete! All I can say is Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!! More
in May 2010 I walked into the Midway Nissan dealership a little apprehensive since two years earlier I had purchased a car from a dealership in Avondale that ended like a nightmare. My first contact was with Patrick Fairley, he listenedd to what my needs were and what I could afford. He was respectful and patient - he needed a lot of that as I was so worried to have this turn into something that I would look back later and regret. When I called him he returned my calls and kept me calm when I would become anxious. Patrick was just a nice, genuine man. Thanks Patrick. My second contact wass Paul Mossbrucker. He too, was a good listener - he designed a plan to fit both my needs and my income. Paul explained, then explained and explained AGAIN until I understood. He was kind and patient and like Parick, respectful. I am sure before my first payment is due I will be on the phone to him again to assist me in setting up the bi-weekly payments that I requested be taken out of my paycheck. Whatever I needed, they were there. I am glad to say that this has been the most pleasent experience I have EVER had in purchasing a car (I have bought and paid for 3 other Nissan's and two jeeps). I recently purchased a 2010 Nissan Altima from Midway Nissan. First and foremost my sales person Christopher Robinson was so courteous to my needs and wants. We are writing this review because Rob, Antheny and the Midway team exceeded our expectations by doing everything possible to get us an amazing deal on an Altima with all the features we wanted. They took the time to find the car in the color we wanted and even brought it from a different location so we could see it. Rob showed exceptional character by patiently explaining the details in the paperwork without being degrading or pushing the sale.
