This has been our best buying experience at a dealership ever... due mainly to the salesperson that worked with us, Jon Lambert. When the dealership didn't have the vehicle I was interested in anymore, he called me within a week when another one came in... it was exactly what I wanted, I wasn't pressured into looking at something I wasn't interested in. We had one mechanical concern and he had that fixed right away. We weren't pressured into buying the vehicle, all of our questions and concerns were quickly taken care of. It felt like we were spending the day with a friend, rather than a car salesman. We trust Jon Lambert and that trust was established right away. For me to trust a car salesman is something I never thought I would do. I can't express how satisfied I am with our Mercury Mariner or with the customer service that we received. We went in planning not to purchase an extended warranty... at the end of the day, we were convinced it was best for us. I don't believe we were pressured into purchasing it either, but now that we have it, I am so glad that we do. Time will tell if that was a good investment or not, but as of today, I am extremely happy with the service we received. A+++ to Jon Lambert for everything he did for us! Thank you so much for finally giving us a positive buying experience at a car dealership! More

We found a car we liked online at autotraders. That is how our experience started with Midway motors. We were met halfway and test drove the 06 Town and Country. We dealt together on the spot and the next morning our offer was accepted. We were happy with the quick and painless nature of the dealing. We were given a clear, attractive value from the start which we appreciated. Wade and Christian are good at what they do and have treated us graciously. Wade is seeing to getting some small items fixed soon and is going to have a driver come to Wichia with a loaner car we will use till the work is done. This blew me away--WOW. Also, this is the first dealer ever that gave us a 50-50 warranty on engine and power train till 100,000 or 3 years--for free. All in all we will reccommend (already have) midway motors and will use them in the future. We have found our dealership. The proof is in the pudding-the people make the difference. We did not find in any Wichita experience what we found in McPherson at Midway. More

Kevin was attentive to my wants and did not push the available vehicle that would give him a quick sale without regard for my needs. He was very helpful in helping me order the vehicle I wanted with a suggestion or two to make sure I "got it right" the first time. Ordering from the factory was a new experiance for me and with his help I think I got exactly what I was looking for. More
Purchased a G6 convertible on Dec 30th supposedly a new car, salesman did not do a walk thru with me...car was filthy had to take an get it cleaned on the inside, scratches all over it, an a few other mino car, salesman did not do a walk thru with me...car was filthy had to take an get it cleaned on the inside, scratches all over it, an a few other minor things that needed repair...returned car they kept it for 3wks...returned it with scratches still on the car, missing floor mat in back seat, called again they kept the car for 2 more wks and told me that the scratches can not come out or the poly coat will come off...car had 560 miles on it at time of purchase...not happy with condition of the body on the car the performance is great...Just feel I purchased a used vehicle by the condition of the body and dirt on the inside...never in 20yrs that I've dealt w/GM have I received a new car in this type of shape...salesman was short about it told me they did all they could do for me...had I realized the condition of the car I would have insisted on a different vehicle or a reduction in price...not happy with my purchase feel I was taken advantage of...some of it my fault for not insisting on a walk thru before I drove off the lot but it was late in the day I had a long drive to go home an he rushed me thru....will not deal w/this dealership in the future for purchasing...very unhappy....Angie More
