Darlene went above and beyond the call. I contacted her late one afternoon that I would to find out more about a vehicle. I liked them but wanted a new model that was not on the lot. The next morning she had a new car from another dealership coming from 4 hours away. The car arrived a little late that day but she knew I wanted to take it home that night. She stayed late (past the normal hours of operation) to make sure I drove it home and that I knew all about it. This is my 3rd vehicle with Darlene.
