I was a first time buyer on a car really didn't know what to do at first but Neil got me going. I had a great experience in buying my new car. Kelly Nightingale was upfront and honest in all his dealings with me. There was absolutely no game playing. We were able to test drive a used car in what we were looking for & then told our salesperson what we wanted & they were able to find the car & get it on the lot the next morning. Salesman did not know correct info about options on vehicle or new car sales manager as we told the salesman we wanted compass and outside temperature and we were told they located one in which they de vehicle or new car sales manager as we told the salesman we wanted compass and outside temperature and we were told they located one in which they dealer traded an Edge that didnot have all the options that we requested. Was told we had to buy the Edge if they dealer traded it so we thought it had everything we wanted.They tried to get a mirror with temperature and had an after market one put on and it deleted the microphone for my Sync,we had to take the Edge to Wichita to get it installed and had to make 2 more trips to try to grt it corrct,so now after 1 month of owning the Edge we are back to original mirror with a new windshied as the original broke while they were putting on mirror and now finally the Sync is working. We had told salesperson within the first half hour what options we wanted.If they would have ordered the Edge with the correct options we would be happy, now we will not do business with them again and that includes Service work at the Hutch store that I was going to for monthly oil changes for my company vehicle. We had bought 5 vehicles from Wade before and now they lost a good customer and word of mouth is the worse thing that can happen to a delership. More

When I decided I wanted to trade for an SUV, I contacted Dee, the one person I'd met who I thought would not pressure me and would honestly work with me. Dee immediately found several SUVs she thought I might like. She knew my possible price range, and, because I'm retired and on a fixed income, that the monthly payment was going to be a hugh factor. After a day of just talking, she had those SUVs available for me to test drive. My decision was to buy a 2006 Buick Rendezvous CXL. The price was agreed upon without the big hassle I've experienced in the past. I'm happy with my "new" SUV, and so very glad I contacted Dee! At no time did she pressure me to buy and I know she would have been ok to look further if I'd asked her to. I've already given her name, and Midway Motors, to several people. Nice easy transaction, great service and with fair pricing. I had the option to see new makes and models from ford, chevy/gmc or dodge.
