Never being in a hurry, I have learned to take my time over the years in choosing and inspecting a prospective buy. This time was no different and soon received a call from Mike stating he had 'the car' over the years in choosing and inspecting a prospective buy. I got there fast in my Hemi Charger and soon found myself behind the wheel of a black Cadillac, in which I like to call the "American version of the BMW". It was the same year, almost the same mileage, and insurance cost. The financing went through like a breeze; aside from being a disabled veteran, these guys made this deal virtually pain-free. This car was perfect for the changes I am experiencing at this point in time of my life. I want to thank Mike again for his professionalism, his patience in dealing with someone who doesn't have much of a clue in the simplest of things, and for just going above and beyond to meet my needs, and I'm certain the needs of all the customers he conducts business with. Furthermore, his assurance that he would be here for me in the future if I or the car should need anything, along with the warranty, etc... took away more anxiety than one could explain in words. They won't quit until "everything" is done. Mike is a genius in pre-planning and logistics. My business will remain at Midway Motors Supercenter for the years to come. Midway went one better with thorough wash clean,(you could only imagine how dirty from driving across seven states) and loaner car, I will go no where else, the Hoover family (Midway)is highly concerned for the care of their clients, and their own employees, thay were so gracious, and kind, and even when my wife and I were to leave for our return trip to North Carolina, they kindly provided a driver to take us to the Wichita Airport.. Once upon a time I was traveling through this car lot and through the mist and the haze of the car buying experience strolled a giant of an individual by the name of Neil Dykes. He could have shunned my picky demands but he didn't, he dug in his heels and went to work for me. He had the big stick swingin and sharp blade slashin and in the end made me a deal I couldn't sidestep. I would most definitely recommend Neil and midway Motors!
