Passing through McPherson when I stopped overnight only to find my battery dead in the morning. Great service from Midway. They checked out my battery, replaced it for me, and I was on my way in less than to find my battery dead in the morning. Great service from Midway. Told them I wanted a door latched replaced to fix a door ajar sensor, got a call saying my latch was bad… after telling them that. Was $137 to just find that out! After that they wanted $140 for the part, a ajar sensor, got a call saying my latch was bad… after telling them that. Was $137 to just find that out! After that they wanted $140 for the part, and I contacted another dealer and it was $90. Also said it was going to be $600 plus to replace the latch in a door. Also truck was brought it with 80 plus miles till empty and when picked up it said 13 miles to E. Overall customer service was very poor with communication and overpricing for parts and cost of jobs. Definitely would not go back and would not recommend this dealership to anyone for anything. More

Normally Midway Motors are great, took our Tahoe on a trip and the vehicle was dead when trying to start. Battery was dead. Came back asked.M.
