The website of Midway Motors allowed me to view the actual vehicles I wanted. I could not find this service at any other dealer. I was able to call up there, talk to a friendly representative, drive u actual vehicles I wanted. I could not find this service at any other dealer. Their personnel went out of their way to fit to my schedule on that particular day. I previously had been to a competitors of Midway Motors (in Wichita) and was not impressed. The competitor was very high pressure and kept trying to make me buy a pickup I did not want. On the other hand at Midway; very low pressure. They cared about what I wanted and wanted to make me happy rather than make the sale. The experience I had at Midway was exceptional to my experience at other dealers. I also went in for my first oil change recently. Everyone remembered me by name and since I was waiting in the lobby for my oil change; I was in and out of there in a very timely manner. More

Doug has been very responsive to my inquiries on several trucks I have visited with him about. If he doesn't have the information he is good about finding the answer and calling me back. They were VERY straight forward during the negotiations - no games of "let me go talk with my sales manager and I'll get back with you.". They bent over backwards to understand what I wanted, and then they found a way to put a deal together that was fair for both of us. This was the most low pressure and HONEST dealing I've ever had with a car dealership. So although I went in "loaded with research and prepared for battle", I didn't need any of it. I highly recommend Midway if you are in the market for a new vehicle! More

I was looking online for a car for my Son to begin with, but seen a car on there that I liked. I called about it and found out Noel Wilson worked there I am a very loyal and repeat customer of his. between but seen a car on there that I liked. He is a wonderful "salesman" He does not make you feel pressured into buying anything and if you tell him what you are looking for he helps you get into that or close. I live almost 2 hours away and he found a couple things in my range and so I drove over there and the one I was going to test drive was being driven so we walked the lot and found a few BUT when we seen the Buick Rainier I really liked it. we drove it ,took it to the office and the other one showed up. By the way, the other one was more money, Noel very nicely persuaded me to stick with the Rainier. it had more options and was by far a nicer car. He didn't flinch at the fact that the cheaper car would be sold verses the more expensive one. I'm sure commission is better for the pricey ones, That just shows he wasn't all about the sale. He has always made sure we are happy with what we drive off his lot. I always recommend Noel to anyone I see that is looking for a car. He is the best!!!! Thank You Noel!! Deborah H. We had a wonderful experience with Midway Motors. The staff was very patient and friendly - seemed to be no pressure whatsoever. When we went to McPherson to fill out the paperwork, we felt welcomed and that our needs were important to the staff working with us. The business was busy on the day we were there, and John sat and talked with us while we waited to finalize our financing. We are enjoying our Escape and will come back in the future. More
