All information that was given over the phone was correct and never was misleading. He was willing to help and actually provide true customer service. While dealing with other salesman, from a different company, all they want to do is just get you in and try to butter you up. Mark listened to what I want told him what I was expecting and I drove a 2007 chevy off their lot. I showed up, took it for a test drive and paper work was ready for me to sign. I am very happy with the service. Everyone I have talked to did a great job. On the little survey up there to rate your dealer.. Truly outstanding service. Buying a car is typically an adversarial experience, but this was not the case with Midway Motors. I live about 200 miles away from the dealership, they sent someone to pick me u adversarial experience, but this was not the case with Midway Motors. Although I did purchase the car, should I have chosen not to, it would have been another free ride back home. You just don't find this kind of customer service any more...tack the very reasonable price on top and there's just no reason to keep buying cars from dealerships with high pressure tactics or gimmics to get you to purchase a car for more than you should pay. Take it from someone who hates dealing with dealerships, give them a call. More

We had been watching online for a few months for the vehicle we wanted. We found it at their Hutchinson dealership. All it took was a phone call to Neil and within an hour they had it there.
