This dealership was very friendly. I felt I got straight answers to my questions. We left without finding what we were looking for, but didn't feel like they were pushing anything on us to get a sale. We answers to my questions. I arrived at this dealership nearing 5:30 pm as most people were racing to get home from nearby stores...not this crew. All were still working quietly in each of their destined areas. My concerns were openly discussed and he made sure I understood the basics. All paperwork was finished in a timely manner and I was headed home in my newly acquired vehicle. I called in to Shawn that I was due for an oil change and tire rotation. I am from out of town, and would be passing thru. He told me to come in and they would fit me in. I expected to be there for awhile since they were busy-----but was out of there in about 45 minutes! Fantastic! Very grateful..........great job! More
My experience so far is only with the sales process, not repairs or maintenance. I set out to buy a truck from a dealer from whom I have purchased my last 4 vehicles. I explained what I was looking for and was told they would look for a vehicle and call me. A month later they e-mailed me a spam message requesting I contribute to a charity event they were sponsoring. The only response I received from them. I tried the local dealer closest to where I live. I explained what I was looking for and they told me they had that exact vehicle and made me a quote. It was one on their lot and was the wrong color, wrong size and wrong engine and had a completely different list of options than I was looking for. I repeated what I was looking for and they had a different one that was just what I needed. Wrong color, wrong size, wrong options, etc. I told them I wasn't interested unless they could find what I was actually looking for. They said they would find one and call me. Never heard another word from them. I tried www.autotrader.com and Midway Ford responded to my request. Mike listened to what I was looking for and said he would try to find one. He worked diligently and found one, but it was sold out from under us. He found some more that were close and explained the particular options that were causing him difficulty in finding the exact option list. They weren't deal killers and by giving up 1 desired option, Mike was able to find a vehicle quickly. Knowing I was pressed for time and leaving on a long trip in a week, Mike flew someone to the truck who drove it back to Midway and it was ready four days before I was leaving. Mandi was very helpful in coordinating events and relaying information back and forth for Mike and me. Wayne did a very thorough and professional job of explaining all the financing and warranty alternatives, allowed me to choose without undo pressure and processed all the paperwork in record time. Mike went over the vehicle thoroughly with me and explained all the new features and functions. The dealership was neat and clean. All the employees were friendly and helpful. I was quite surprised to find a dealership this large in such a small rural town. It became apparent that the owners have a good handle on growing a successful business. Midway clearly wanted my business and the employees worked hard to meet my needs. I'm very pleased with the whole experience and hope Midway is also. More

Did not pressure me or pester me with phone calls about buying a car. He kept me informed of new vehicles they got on the lot that I might be interested in. This was the first vehicle I had bought solely buying a car. He kept me informed of new vehicles they got on the lot that I might be interested in.
