I just wanted to let you know that I am extremely pleased with my recent purchase of a 2012 Jeep Rubicon from Midway Motors. I had spoken with Jeff Biehler last spring about my desire to get back into another Wrangler and had given him several things I was looking for in my next Wrangler. Jeff did an outstanding job getting me into this Jeep, which I absolutely love, quickly and hassle free. I've been very impressed with his followups as well. My experience at Midway Motors was outstanding! The friendly atmosphere and knowledgeable staff were the best I have dealt with in all of the years I have been buying cars. This was the first new car that my family and I have purchased and I have to tell you what a pleasure it was buying this car. Mike Gumm was my sales manager and I had been dealing with him for about 2 months looking on and off at different vehicles that would fit our family needs. Mike was amazing to deal with, his up front honesty and vast knowledge of vehicles made it easy for us to finally settle on a crew cab pickup that was perfect for us. I also worked with Stephen Floyd in the finance department; he did a great job of breaking down the numbers and taking the time to explain all of the details and fine print. I was also excited when he called me the following day and told me that I qualified for another discount on my vehicle thus saving us more money and a lower monthly payment. The Hoover family has done a great job of turning Midway Motors into one of the primer car dealerships in the state of KS. Jason and his staff did a great job making us feel welcome and part of the family from the moment we walked in all the way up to the end when we left. I was no rushed at all and he found a new Ford Escape Limited for me. I am 73 and daily learning more and more about all the "buttons" to push with the help of the guide and owner's manual. Very satisfied with this dealership. More
Ok, here's how I'll do this. I will comment on each of the above items as they related to the delearship as I saw it and how Kris Hanschu handled the situation. 1. Customer Service - The car had some items that needed attention as any used car will have and Kris made sure they were taken care of them to our satisfaction. Thanks Kris. 2. Quality of Work - The first time we saw the car, the detail shop had done a less than stellar job. Thank you, Kris. You took it back and had the detail redone and then it was excellent. 3. Friendliness - Our only direct contact was with Kris and we have absolutely NO complaints. Sales people all around the area could watch Kris and learn a LOT on how to take care of a customer. 4. Overall Experience - The detail boondoggle is the only thing that keeps our overall experience from being great. Again, had it not been for Kris, our overall experience would not have been nearly so good. Thanks again Kris. 5. Price - The price in my humble opinion was a bit high, but I honestly think that Kris got the best price for us that he possibly could. More
