When I entered the dealership I was not exactly sure what type of vehicle I was looking for. I wanted something that was fuel efficient and could comfortably accomodate my family of four. There were many options to choose from on the lot and Mike was able to show me a variety of cars that met my criteria and were in my price range. I am very happy with my Ford Fusion, and I would recommend Midway Motors to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. More

I test drove a used car from the Newton location. The first thing I was told when I saw the vehicle was that there was a rattle in the driver's side rear panel which would "of course be fixed." He also mentioned the rattle as well as the rear tires needing to be replaced. I gave an offer very close to the asking price, including 2 rear tires and the rattle being fixed. They would not budge on the price, and wouldn't fix the rattle nor include tires. I waited about a month and made the same offer online. After exchanging a couple emails the offer was accepted. In the end, I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted, I'm just glad I waited. More

Jeff was a very friendly and effective salesman. He was not pushy nor did he force a deal on my that day. I was impressed with the dealership, although I was only there for an hour or so to trade in my old car for the new one i purchased. Very clean, everyone was friendly and attentive. Throughout my working career I have been a very strict evaluator and rarely would give a "5" unless a category totally exceeds my expectations. I used the same approach here as well. Customer service provided by Chad Curl was good. This is being picky, but the initial email calculating the price was inaccurate. I left the dealership without the sales contract and other papers, and they had to be mailed to me. We also had a disagreement concerning the front license plate bracket. However, Chad was quick to take care of these things for me as quickly as possible. So, overall I was happy with how I was treated, and I would recommend the dealership and Chad as a salesperson. More
