I was impressed with the dealership, although I was only there for an hour or so to trade in my old car for the new one i purchased. Very clean, everyone was friendly and attentive. Throughout my working career I have been a very strict evaluator and rarely would give a "5" unless a category totally exceeds my expectations. I used the same approach here as well. Customer service provided by Chad Curl was good. This is being picky, but the initial email calculating the price was inaccurate. I left the dealership without the sales contract and other papers, and they had to be mailed to me. We also had a disagreement concerning the front license plate bracket. However, Chad was quick to take care of these things for me as quickly as possible. So, overall I was happy with how I was treated, and I would recommend the dealership and Chad as a salesperson. I found Midway Motors through AutoTrader.com, so I wasn't sure what to expect at first. However, my experience with them was very good. They were willing to help me make my budget work and went out of their sure what to expect at first. However, my experience with them was very good. They stayed after hours to help us without any complaints, and I felt like we were treated with respect throughout the entire process.
