I was looking to special order a new truck that I built online through my bank's car buying service. My bank had a network of dealerships contracted for this service, however the Dodge dealerships in the online through my bank's car buying service. My bank had a network of dealerships contracted for this service, however the Dodge dealerships in the Kansas City area wouldn't even return my calls because they refused to honor the special price. My brother contacted Midway Motors who are not in my bank's contracted list and found out they were more than willing to order the truck with all the options I wanted at the special price. Tony Roets bent over backwards to assist in ordering it and kept me informed all the way through the process until the truck arrived. I have never felt so comfortable at a dealership before.
