Through the process, Mandi kept us informed out what the progress was on our vehicle. We live 2 hours away from the dealership and they found the time to bring us the vehicle. All of the paperwork was handled over the phone, which means the world to us. We both work full-time and busy with our children's activities and don't have much time to sit and discuss numbers. Everyone involved did their job and made the buying process so easy and with no stress, which in our eyes is a A+. Everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable and deserve the best in customer service!!! I viewed the website to look for the specific truck I was searching for. I contacted Jeff to let him know I was shopping.
