Since this was my first car buying expierence I feel i am slightly biased on my rating. I found a truck that I wanted to test drive and Adam set up the appoitment for me. There was no pressure or rush and no waiting the staff was always helpful and available when Dean was not there.Steve Floyd did a good job of explaining the financial aspects of the sale and offered good advice on the various extras pertaining to paint and glass damage and extended warranty coverage. Again there was no pressure to buy but a real interest in providing me with the best buy to fit my driving requirments.I had been thinking about this particular car for about a year (A NEW DODGE CHALLENGER} but thought I wouldn't be able to afford it however it turned out to be not only cost effective but also loaded with great features. Also a good warranty and good power and great gas milage to boot. all in all I love my new car and another great buy from Midway Motors. More

Everyone was great to work with. From my initial contact with Jeremy everything went great. I really hoped to do a little more negotiating the price of the vehicle. But, I don't really know that much about with Jeremy everything went great. I really hoped to do a little more negotiating the price of the vehicle. My experience with Midway Motors has been more than exemplary. My first contact with Midway was on the website. I emailed an inquiry about a vehicle one evening and received a reply within 20 mins fr exemplary. My first contact with Midway was on the website. I emailed an inquiry about a vehicle one evening and received a reply within 20 mins from Brian Carr. Needless to say I was impressed by the prompt response. We communicated by both phone, email and text from then on. I don't know about most people but I certainly appreciated the ability to send a text to Brian and get a response as opposed to having to make a phone call. Regarding the negotiation: I felt like my requests were met and that it was a equitable deal for both parties. There were a couple of items that were negotiated up front that were going to need to take place after the transaction closed, ie some touch up painting, and that happened without any hassle at all. They are also looking into a current problem with the air conditioner that was acknowledged by all parties prior to the purchase but was undiagnosable at that time. Brain has continued to reassure me that they will take care of it. I also appreciate the fact that Midway offerred 3 free oil changes after the purchase AND that they offer me a loaner car during that time since I am coming from out of town and can't just drop off the car. More
