After my previous review Lee the manager of midways service department called me. While I still think the price of the oil change was high the main problem with their “special customer” service flyer. service department called me. While I still think the price of the oil change was high the main problem with their “special customer” service flyer. The flyer had my name my type and year of vehicle and Chevrolet rewards points. I showed the flyer to the gentleman at the service counter and he said nothing of the oil change price being for a gas truck and mine is diesel. I have spent many a dollar with midway and thought since the flyer had all my information on it including the year and model of the truck that I was really being appreciated, but clearly not. My suggestion is if you get one of these offers in the mail ask questions even if you think that it is personalized to you it isn’t. Lee told me a diesel oil change takes 10 quarts of oil and the coupon was only for 6. Like I would know that. Lee also expressed in his phone call to me that diesel oil change was $125 yet my bill was $207 but I did have the fuel filter changed. Ask questions if you get ANY offers from them in the mail. More
