Kevin was incredible. This was the first time I've bought anything big and he was so comfortable and accommodating. I live in Newton and he drove the car to the Midway in Newton TWICE so my mom and I bought anything big and he was so comfortable and accommodating. He didn't make me feel pressured but was so friendly and laid back that he MADE me want to buy a car from him. I hope everyone can have him or someone like him as a salesman. I felt like he could relate to me and he used his personal life and sense of humor to make me feel calm and at ease. So a joy to work with and I will always be thankful for his service. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted with a friendly smile and told him what we were looking for in a vehicle. It didn't take us long to make our decision to go with the Jeep as we had purchased one thirteen years earlier at this same dealership. We have had very good service with our first one that we are back again. We had it detailed but was unable to pick it up as we were called away for an emergency out of town so Brad was good enough to drive it to our home and put it in the garage. We traded in two vehicles, and bought two vehicles...at the same time. Everyone was a great help in our buying process. They stayed open after hours so we were able to get a deal together (we live 2 ho the same time. Everyone was a great help in our buying process. (It wasn't as bad as it sounds!) Great experience, I recommend to all my friends and family who are looking at vehicles. Called the dealership to ask about a car I was interested in and Mike called around only to find out that it had been sold but he had me look online at a different car and I liked it so he had me come in. I was skeptical about going in to look at the car but once I got there Mike was very friendly and nice to me and my daughter. It took a little bit of time to get the loan and then I was set to leave in my new car. I loved how friendly everybody was and I also liked that they had a nice little play area for kids.
