I contacted Tres via email interested in a new GMC Terrain. When the first payment calculations came out higher than we wanted, they stayed late to find alternatives that were acceptable to us. Everyone we talked to was friendly and welcoming. When we came in during regular hours the next day Tres introduced us to the guys in the service department. Again, they were friendly and welcoming. There was no pressure.
