Best buying experience in 35 years! I called a few days ahead about a car I found on their website. I spoke to Kevin who was so helpful and knowledgeable. He promptly returned my calls t I called a few days ahead about a car I found on their website. I spoke to Kevin who was so helpful and knowledgeable. He promptly returned my calls the few times I was unable to get right through to him. He helped us line up our financing and with payment questions. The day we drove there, Kevin had our (pre-owned) car out front, cleaned, shined to perfection, and ready for us! It was the best customer service around! We were treated as if we were the only buyer there (they were busy), and even though we were purchasing a pre-owned car, they treated us as if we were buying their most expensive car. That meant a lot to us. We drove 1.5 hrs to buy there and it was worth the time. They will be our dealership from now on. We were back in the area the next day and decided to stop in again with a few more questions. They still took time out to help us for over an hour! Again, we were treated as if we were the most important ones there. Most dealerships are done with you the minute you sign the papers, but not Midway. Good up front. The interaction with the guys online and on the phone was great. Got approved and everything straightened out before I ever drove up to the lot. Problem I have is that after purchasing the vehicle it left me stranded 3 times the next day. I told the sales man and he asked me to send receipts of what I spent fixing it. Then I never hear anything again. I have tried to reach out since I do have a limited warranty on the vehicle. Probably won't recommend this dealer to anyone. I could not bring truck back to get worked on by the dealership due to no one answered the phones the multiple times I called and I needed to get to work. So I did the work myself less than 24 hours after purchase. More
